Bro, dont lost hope. I m certain you must have raised CSE and they would have given the standard "application awaiting review" response. So dont worry and have faith. Look at it this way if they wanted to reject your application they would have done so by now. Maybe they are stuck on some checks and stuff. I understand the wait must be killing you, but no news is good news. InshaAllah you'll be successful.

Congrats buddy. Stand still and see that HE is the Lord. Just be patient and everything will be done on his own time.

Hello everyone, I read before ,regarding GCMS , that if u have relative at canada, ha can apply for it and it will then cost only like 5$. Any clue about this?As I've been reading this FAQ...

Only a qualified individual, i.e. a Canadian Citizen, a Permanent Resident or a person in Canada, with valid documents can make a request on your behalf.

Also,one site is asking for only 25$, while all others ask for 120$.which is true?

Hello guys got a reply to Cse today" your file is currently undergoing review by an officer? Is this different from old CSE in standard format "your file is in queue awaiting review by an officer?

Well, looks like your file has reached an officer and he is reviewing it. (Passed the queue stage)
That is what the English meaning of the sentence sounds like.

So, I believe your file is progressing forward :)

I received further documents request from Visa officer and he requested me for Long form birth certificate for you and your spouse can anyone please guide me what exactly he wants I am from India and in India there is only one standard form of birth certificate.

URGENT HELP AND REPLY NEEDED.

Situation:
My current passport (which is expiring in June 2016) will soon have Canadian PR visa stamped in it (INSHALLAH) which will also expire in June 2016.
I plan to complete my landing formality in March 2016 (with 3 months remaining for my pp expiry)
I checked with Oman Air and they said that your passport should be valid for atleast 6 months before travelling.

So, my question is:
Just to comply with the 6 month airline rule, If I get my passport renewed, will I have any problem during landing?
Cauz my PR visa shall be in my old passport (Old passport will be cancelled/invalidated when I renew it- NOT EXPIRED)

I am a bit Confused Roll Eyes
Kindly give your input.

Well you can apply for a new paasport. Ask the officer at PP office not to cancel your previous PP, so he will not stamp CANCELLED on it. Keep both PP together. Old one will have your COPR on it and using the new one you can book ticket. This is how I did with my US Visa on an expired PP.
