HI friends,

Today I received email for medical request but still there is no second line update, still it is showing "FIRST LINE UPDATE" your application was received on sep 2014.

Medical Examination Instructions

These medical instructions are being issued since your application has been processed to the stage
where medical examination results are now required. Please read these instructions carefully.
IMPORTANT: You are required to undergo the medical examinations within 30 days of the date of this
letter. Failure to do so could result in the refusal of your application.

No visa officer name was mentioned at the bottom of request letter, that's y I am worried. What is going on?

As per my experience u have no choice other then attending interview at abu dhabi as it will be conducted by your visa officer personally. Or if you want to give a shot email them back with ur current circumstances and requesting them for alternative

What is the best way to contact London visa office as this email has been sent directly by them.
 
After about 210 days since PER, some positive activity took place in my case, Alhamdolillah. Received follwing email from LBM today.
With reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents to be emailed to this office within the next 5 days:

-updated and accurately completed Schedule A, IMM5406 and IMM5562E forms for you and your spouse **questions 8 and 12 of the Schedule A form must be completed from age 18 to the current date and must not show any gaps in the dates. The dates must include both months and years. We are aware that the wording of these questions asks for details for the last 10 years, however, this office requires these questions to be completed from age 18. Please note that the details in questions 8 and 12 must correspond. Continue on a separate sheet if necessary. These forms may be downloaded from our website www.cic.gc.ca**

We also require the following to be sent within the next 30 days:

-updated Pakistan police certificates for you and your spouse **details of how police certificates may be obtained can be found on our website www.cic.gc.ca**

-additional proof of your work experience, including: contracts, pay slips, job offer letters, salary deposits, etc.

-copies of your bank statements showing the accrual of funds

Congrats, the eCase updates are totally not important it's just a very simple tool that says what is ur status and it's manually updated , the more important thing is the communications
 
I have question if someone can answer with some knowledge.

Recieved Medical, I asked my VO to drop my wife from application and he asked for Divorce certificate.

1. If i submit Divorce decree then what will be my case processing ? Will it be re-initialize for re-assessment ?
2. If i am short with points and provide additional work experience as i will be completing 6 year work to add short points in upcoming month ,
will they consider my additional work experience for re-assessment ?
 
at last my MR forms received after two weeks of non-stop follow-up...VO is DRD..

Could you please explain what do you mean by 'two weeks of non-stop follow-up'
 
CSE was raised evry 3 days because we are not receiving the forms for medical. last option was to send it thru registered mail, which i believe will take ages to come, and last minute we received it via email.

1)-No they will just just change ur status and drop ur wife of application
2)- a friend of mine was in similar situation after divorce he was short of points and his status changed to Decision made without medicals, hez still waiting for refusal letter from VO. So no u cant claim more points but ur points can go down as per circumstances


So its better if u r guyz r not seperated yet to re consider this thing
