200 days passed today since per no update yet application filed 20 oct 2014 noc 4011 per 21 Jan 2015 no update since then .No slu or document requested visa office lvo .Don’t know what to do .Am I out of race senior please advise

Same for me I have received Yesterday my SLU and the ECAS status as below:

FLU : We received your application on July 9 2014
SLU: We started processing your application on October 28,2014

Whereas, My PER mail date is 3 Nov 2014,

What is the next steps that we should expect.

Its more like a system glitch as this processing must be the one done at CIC Nova Scotia level not at LVO

U can leave anytime after getting PR card but to renew PR card once it expires u need to have atleast spent 2 out of last five years in canada. And 4 out of six years to get citizenship. Hope that helps

Thats why ppl go early and get their PR quickly.

I am trying to arrange a meetup with forumites who r in lhr before landing but for applicants from other cities yes we shud definately meet up in canada as it will help us all in one way or another. I will share my contact details once i land in canada

Thts great ! Why not we create a whatassp group and share whatsap and skype details of all those landing there

Its very very rare that VO may stop you from entering to Canada.
But do bare in mind he is final authority between you and your pr.
Once you get visa on your passport you don’t become PR. You need to land and have this landing document to seal the deal that you are PR.

When it may happen you asked.

There are a number of reasons you can be found inadmissible or refused entry to Canada, such as:

Security
Human or international rights violations
Criminality (even DUIs and DWIs)
Organized criminality
Health grounds
Financial reasons
Misrepresentation (of any kind)
Non-compliance with IRPA

Even having an inadmissible family member can cause you to be denied.




Above mentioned scenarios are very very rare. If your docs are not fake you need not worry.


Think of a scenario where you thought you will go and do landing in 11th month. But due to some health or financial reason you are not able to travel for another 2 months ?
very plausible. so people land and just get done with it.

It seems you have been selected for an interview. You are in the race for sure until you got some notification from CIC. you will hear something after 20th august.

Hey , this is totally false information ....and it's not a race... please stop giving negative energy to people , October Applicants are still getting MRs , and 200 days are a pretty much normal ...
