without her language points i score to 65 as per my calculation. which clearly rejects my application, but at the time of application i have submitted certificate of experience with date August 2014, now when i sent CSE i have included my promotion letter which states my continuation of job and also adds point of experience which again makes me eligible for 67. Question i have ! will they accept and include promotion letter from company which states current date and also same designation for additional points if i get short of points.

I believe that CIC probably will exclude the points of your spouse language. If even after deducting you exceed the min 67 points; than i hope your case should get through with some possible delays. However, if your desired points fall below of 67 marks; you may gain 4-5 marks by appearing in french language ability test; which may be undertaken after getting concurrence from CIC/VO.

And why would cic/lvo bother to give him chance to improve his score once he fall below 67? If Talking from any reference or experience then plz share the link for this info.

Further as per my understanding you calculate the points at the time of applying while keeping in view the existing circumstances in case and in that case he calculated the points while considering the 5 points of spouse. Has he knew the circumstances; he may have used the french language option at that time. Future course of actions, which are beyond the control of applicant should/may be considered by CIC.

as per few cases which i came across on this forum visa officer dont allow any chance of improving score once he recalculates the points and they fall below 67.

but lets see how it turns out for him. All the best wishes for him though

I have just emailed my Updated Schedule A, Updated information chart, Receipt for RPRF and Passport bio pages to LDNIMMIGRATION.

I have paid RPRF by using credit card of my friend and after printing the receipt, I have hand-written my DOB and UCI it. Then scanned and emailed. Is this sufficient???

"Reconsideration of refusals:

Please be advised that we do not reconsider a decision once the case has been refused. If the applicant feels that he or she has new or additional information that was not previously available for consideration or if the applicant's situation has changed, he or she may submit a new application and pay a new processing fee."

But CIC has not refused his case yet. He should therefore try to convince CIC before refusal by CIC. There is no harm in asking/inquiring. I do agree that they will not accept/consider the revised job experience or IELTS new score but i believe he should attempt to convince them that had he didnt had the option of spouse IELTS, he would have filed the case by alternate means' i-e by french ability etc.

I applied for CSE and got a reply from RFI on 13th July 2015 that my application is currently awaiting review. Since then I haven't had SLU nor MR email. My application was accepted on 23rd Oct. Any help in this regard is appreciated.

Dear Brother, Many applicants are in the same boat and even those who are early than us are still confused, that what's wrong with RFI. No SLU, NO additional documents request, No MR. Just check the fourm from the last two months, you will not find any update from RFI.
