hello slam to all, im new to this forum.
my visa application for federal skilled noc of 4011 (univ lecturer ) applied last year 2014 june ,they proceesed it in mid july and end of oct I got approval letter .than I added my spouse in april .but today I got letter from London office that I do not fulfill requirement of job duties in my job letter..although the job duties they mentioned are already present in my letter .I do not know what actions they want from me..on the first go they approved it now this ? they refused it..how much time I have for appeal where should I do it ?how much chances I have .all other things lik stataments police certi ,wes report ielts already been submitted.

1. Why am I unable to see the ECAS status of my spouse and two kids through UCI mentioned on medical request form?

2. Does the TLU means all four of us have cleared the medicals?

3. Now what is the next step and generally how long does it take?

Hi.. my VO is BWJ too. today i got passport request... so all what i am saying that worked for me... what i did was that i got my original urdu version of nikkah nama attested from foreign affairs and also got an English translation attested by foreign affairs. by this i ensured that the VO doesn't question the authenticity of thr attestation.

However, i had only sent BWJ the copies of both attested original nikkah nama and the translation

How much time u were given for Medicals? Isn't it within 30 days?

Yes applied notes 3 times, last one updated till 15 May revived on 15 June 2015.

1.
UCI is the id unique to all of u and will remain w u even after getting pr. Since u r the principal applicant, meaning u filed the application, thats y only u cN see ur online status nd via only ur UCI.
2. That DOES mean that all of u hav cleared MR
Otherwise they would have informed u earlier.
3. Next step is the PPR that u ll hopefully get after one month of MR.
