I was reviewing the acknowledgment of RPRF fee payment for sending to LVO. Some of information was blank; i-e date of birth, client ID, Address, postal code and contact no. Do we need to fill this form or send as it is received from CIC.

Just get the slip and email to your VO.

Include the following at the copy of your original Nikkah Nama:

Declaration: I certify that this is a true copy of the original document
Name of Document: Nikkah Nama
Date of Certification: -- July 2015
Name: ABC
Title: Oath Commissioner
Signature: __________________________

Further the translated copy of Nikkah Nama should be signed by both Notary public and oath commissioner

Dear adnan m not expert on translated docs as i didnt had any in my app but r sure u followed the right method? Bcz as far as i know the translated document need to be accompanied with a affidavit from translator along with certified copy

hi, i m new to the forum.. i applied for canadian PR and after getting AOR i got an email today that they are not convinced with the letter i provided them from my employer. it specifically said that it doesn't match the open source such as linkedin and therefore it seems it is fake.. (ridiculous)

that is a little tough to swallow as i dont really update my profile and my linkedin was hacked some years ago.

they have given 30 days to respond ... any instance like that with anyone before... and what are the chances now ?

I think here the translator is not an authority. We are already forwarding certified copy of the translation. It must be enough.

Alhamdolillah, I received my MR on 28th July, 2015. My timeline is on Left. I received only the MR forms for all applicants and no RPRF or any other document request. I think this is the new style of VCM as I saw 2 more cases like this. As per now, ECAS showing 1st line only... Hope for best and good luck wish to all who are waiting...

Congrats, what is VCM is that your VO? I'm just curious, aside from MR did you receive other documents submittal or request before? anyway congrats atleast our NOC is now on the move! God bless

ECAS is also correctly updated today showing both 2nd line 'we started processing your application on 24th July, 2015' and decision made too.

this is really surprising. how can they believe on a public website... I think you should get advice from some immigration lawyer and respond to them with some genuine and convincing reply and asap.

LVO is unpredictable and specially RFI. its been more than 219 days since PER.. may god help us all and give strength to pass this waiting time smoothly...

Its totally unpredictable because I don't know that total volume of September and October applicants. As per chart, it looks that RFI is dealing with September applicants and as per general trend of this forum, LVO is also dealing mostly September applicants now a days; As lot of September applicants are getting MRs from previous few days.

So its depend on case to case basis that when application is pick up for further processing; as it is dealing randomly.
