Just send it as soon as possible. Dhl it so it will reach on monday. Also scan and email the same and let him know the tracking number of courier in email. Mention ur application number and uci on envelope.

Yes Zubair brother, it is quite normal, my permanent address added to my ECAS in February but till now there is no update from LVO. So be relax many applicants got this change yesterday.
 
Dear Guys,

I was keep on monitoring every day of my FSW application status online Ecas , so yesterday, i observed that they updated a new Box mentioning :- Your Current Home Address.

Earlier, its used to be only, one box mentioning: Your current mailing address

My current home address is Saudi Arabia (KSA) and current mailing address is CANADA through Immigration Attorney.

So did any 1 noticed this in Ecas?

I guess CIC is updating the format.
 
Hi,

Last night i received an email from MXH. Is MXH is a visa officer? How is he/she as a VO?

1.) He requested an explanation letter why there is a discrepancy in my salary mentioned in my attached reference letter (salary A) and the payslip that was attached also in my application (salary B). Please anybody can advise?
Is it enough explanation, the salary mention in my reference letter(salary A) is according to my original contract and the payslip that was attached(salary B) is an actual salary that i received during those period.

Actually my company increases my salary (From A to B) and my mistake i did not change it in my reference letter i still mentioned my original salary(salary A) in which in fact the actual salary during that time of my application was already (salary B) shown in the payslip.

2.) MXH is also asking a bank statement showing my salary deposit? but the problem is in my bank statement it will again show another salary which is (salary C) because there is another new increase during this past 6 months which can be shown only in this new bank statement. Also note the bank will only issue maximum 6 months statement, and (salary A & B will not be shown).

Anybody can advise or suggest how i can explain to the VO properly? take note every increment i receive from my company has no increment letter or notice, they'll just say to me verbally that i will be having an increment.

Brother many applicants got this change yesterday. while it is quite normal, my permanent address added to my ECAS in February and before it was mailing address but till now there is no update from LVO. So be relax, it's not a serious issue.
 
Hi dems,

I got 1 year statement from my Axis bank. I guess ur bank should also issue bank statement of more than 1 year as well. You sould send copy of ur increment letters . If u inform cic that i don't have any proof for increment, they will not accept. At least, speak to ur HR and get it done on letter head. If HR refuses, show the CIC mail from VO.

When u send application for PR, each and every document should be very crystal clear with written proofs. VO should not get confused with doc's, this will delay the procedure and put ur file on hold.

Only thing u can do now is, send proof of Increment letters and bank statements with highlighted by marker.
 
Hello guys can a current home adress and current mailing adress can be the same?I can see now 2 boxes in Ecas showing current home adress and current mailing adress.Since I am living in saudi Arabia should it be my current home adress and can I write current mailing adress as of pakistan?
 
DRD is fast... i sent my PCC and after 3 weeks medicals...that for my case...

just relax your turn will come!

Dear, have you raised CSE and ordered for GCMS NOTES, what reply did you get yet. Please also share your NOC, and from where you have applied?

My ECAS is a single line only. I have not submitted PCC with my application. When will LVO request for PCC? Is it wise if i start arranging for PCC now?

I would order the PCCs and have them ready, especially the ones not from the current country of residence (don't translate them though until they are requested ). The PCC are valid for one year since the issuance date for the countries that you lived in for more than 6 months , 6 months for the current country of residence

here is the list of all the officials working in LVO with real names and desgnations (DRD, VCM, MCH etc are not the initials of visa officers, these three letters are representing there code, check the keypad of you mobile and decode these there letters and result = visa officers employment code.
