490 for you and 490 CAD for your spouse. no need to pay for your son. rfrq is only for people over 18 years old.

I have one query related to friend who recently received PPR from LVO. The problem is that he received PPR and he have to submit passport by August mid. But currently he has to go on some assignment to KSA for 1.5 months and can submit his passport on his return in 1 week of september.

If he request LVO, will they extend the date for submission of passport?

Tell him to request his visa officer to allow submission at Riyadh visa office for stamping or extension.

He cannot submit it in Riyadh because the only ID document he will have is the passport as no Iqamah will be issued to him. Moreover, if Riyadh office delay the passport then he will be stuck in KSA as his Visa is only for 2 months.

Then there is no other option he needs to request extension or cancel hsi trip

No it's allowed many applicants reported doing so, this is not a visitor visa where you have to have residence (Iqamah) to apply through the Visa office , actually this is relatively simple process by just raising a CSE asking to submit the passport to KSA Riyadh office, then the file will be transferred to KSA (2-5 Days) , and he can submit it to Riyadh, they only take 2 weeks to stamp it ... he can save 3 days by dropping and picking up himself
