Hi All,

I have received request from VO (NOC Code 0113) last week to update Schedule A form. I have also realized since my application was made that there are errors and omissions in some other forms I submitted with my application. For example the dates I made several journeys have not been accurately captured on my Supplementary travel form, I have since realized this after glancing through my old passports.

I have also misunderstood a question on the background declaration form, thus I failed to include a half sister there but would not have been possible as at then because I never met her and do not know her correct names, address and date of birth. Now, I'll like to update this information but might cost a considerable effort to reach her to get the proper info especially since her surname would have changed due to marriage.

Just in case you are wondering, I have also received MR, PCC and RPRF payment instruction also.

Since VO has only asked for SCHEDULE A form, do you think it is okay to correct the other forms and send them along too?
Is it okay to submit a PCC for my current country of residence which was obtained late last year?

Thanks, your advice will be highly appreciated.

Hello L-General,

Interesting set of circumstances you have there.

My advice would be to only do what they have asked of you - Send an updated Schedule A form (with details from age 18, right?)

You are at the Medical Stage, which means your application has been processed.
Any changes and amends will delay your application, because then verification will start again.

If you are not in touch with your half-sister, do not make any mention of her.
(Family is asked to be included, so that later no one can claim to have family members who want to come to Canada.)

Sit tight, you are almost through.
Do the medical, send the documents and in 2-3 weeks, you should receive your PPR.

Best of luck,
S

If i provided 6 years experience and yet CIC calculated 5 years experience for FSWP and gave me 13 points. Is there a possiblity that I can ask them or query them to look agan and provide me points for 6 years, I can provide more evidence if required.

My file right now is in LVO but the problem is that unfortunately I will be filing for divoce now so wont get points of my wife.

Should I write to LVO and see, my visa officer is LBM .

From what i know , the point are calculated based on the status of date of submission , and i think you can inform them after the divorce is final and this should be after the PPR.
