Hello,

Go to "Profile" tab on top corner
Then on left, you will see "Modify profile"
Under that, go to "Forum profile information"

and enter your details.

Hi All,

I have received request from VO (NOC Code 0113) last week to update Schedule A form. I have also realized since my application was made that there are errors and omissions in some other forms I submitted with my application. For example the dates I made several journeys have not been accurately captured on my Supplementary travel form, I have since realized this after glancing through my old passports.

I have also misunderstood a question on the background declaration form, thus I failed to include a half sister there but would not have been possible as at then because I never met her and do not know her correct names, address and date of birth. Now, I'll like to update this information but might cost a considerable effort to reach her to get the proper info especially since her surname would have changed due to marriage.

Just in case you are wondering, I have also received MR, PCC and RPRF payment instruction also.

Since VO has only asked for SCHEDULE A form, do you think it is okay to correct the other forms and send them along too?
Is it okay to submit a PCC for my current country of residence which was obtained late last year?

You mean to say you received Schedule A request after MR & RPRF?

We had same NOC, very few people's under this NOC so let's just update each other although we had great timing difference, hopefully you will get update earlier than me so keep me posted also. Thanks
