I don't know that what has happened with MCH???

Because I sent him an email around 8-days ago regarding some changes about my file and there is not reply from his side. Just received an auto-generated email confirming the receipt of my email by LVO?

Is there any one else send an email to MCH at:- LDNIMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca

And not getting the answer.

Previously whenever I have sent an email to MCH, I got answer from him in less then 24-hours. But now 8-days without any answer??

MY exprience with MCH is:

When you have a QUERY, MCH replies promptly . Although when you UPDATE in you application you will never get any reply from MCH

Hi Guys,
I got email form LVO and they asked me to provide Police Certificate, with couple of other documents, which is not a big deal.
They also asked me to submit "Right of Permanent Residence Fee" and provided the link for it.
They also told me that I will get a separate email for Medical in 48 hours.


I have two questions:
1. I want to ask about this fee, what it is actually for.
2. I moved to Germany (from Pakistan) for work by my employer for one year in May 2015. So what do you recommend, should I inform them that I am in Germany and ask them to provide Medical info accordingly so that I can give them my Medical reports/info from Germany. May be this way I don't have to fly to Pakistan for just this task.

In fact I rasied a query regarding my employment changes and completion of another degree.
And I raised a query that what documents should I submit as an evidence for these changes and to update my file with LVO accordingly. Actually I asked him should I send some documentary evidence in this regard or there is no need?? But after that there is complete silence.?

Can anyone confirm that whether it makes any difference if we raise CSE via online form:-

is there difference in above two methods or it doesn't make any difference that whether you are raising CSE or you are sending Email.

1. What are the chances of rejection after TLU?
2. If ECAS is showing DM, is it possible that the decision being made is not in favor?? OR DM or 4th line update always means positive decision??

I think decision made after Medical is 99.9% confirm Visa - especially in case of LVO, as they send MR after the BG stage. Good Luck!

Successfully completed 180 Days since PER but still no news of Medical. May be LVO is the only VO following the timelines for processing i.e. 12-24 months in comparison to other VO's who are deviating from the standard timelines and processing within 3-4 months.

Excellent job by LVO for sticking to the timelines and not even trying to process anything faster

Guys , Guys stop this tone of discrimination and nonsense .... i have been watching the trend and the reported steps and neither the NOC nor the Nationality have something direct to do with the delays.(i'm a Business Intelligence consultant and my job duty is to analysis trends)
The things that logically appears to affect the normal processing:

1. Which Visa officer you file is with (the file are distributed randomly)
2. The PER date (not the receiving date)
3. How long is the background check takes (this depends on the number of countries you lived in and actually how this countries are not the nationality)
4. The number of persons per application (# of Spouses & # of children)

in some cases the delays might come because of subspecies stuff in the application or because pregnancy that delays the MD until delivery

bottom line we are all in the same boat here so stop feeling bad about your nationality or NOC , and by the way i have seen a lot of Pakistani with visa issued by RIH so cool down

If you received DM after TLU, 99% you are through....Very rare chances of rejection at this stage.

So don't worry...Enjoy & celebrate if you got your DM after few days of your TLU.
