Of course NOT. Game ain't over until they say its over ;) There are even few July applicants waiting for response since their PER in November.. Hang in there for little more time, you will get response soon.
Thanks for support. Waiting time makes me crazy...

It seems like there is a fair bit of worry across the forum with those that have not yet received MR particularly to do with the recent article regarding changes happening March 2016. Just for your assurance the CIC would not have made that decision or served that newsletter without checking back with the office to see how long they predict it will take for the team to clear the FSW applications. They would not just draw a line without any science behind it so please do not worry that you will not make the cut off - this is simply telling us all that this ordeal will be complete by this date as I am sure they are inundated with applications for EE.

The Canadian Government has invested a lot of money in to the FSW program for a reason and therefore will want to ensure that this process is seen right through so that any gaps in their economy are filled sooner rather than later. Why would we go through all this headache to ensure that we are right for their economy for CIC then to drop it - makes no sense.

So stay positive guys, don't worry about the future especially when you cannot influence, take every day as it comes and plan for today. In time everything will flourish and soon your conversation will be very different. Nothing in life is ever easy and it was never meant to be made easy otherwise everybody would do it. Remember what we are all doing is seeking a better QOL and therefore there will be sacrifices along the way but be patient. Good things come to those who wait.

What are the changes happening March 2016. If I am not wrong CIC statement is "Individuals who submitted a citizenship application before April 1, 2015 will have a decision by March 31, 2016." It has nothing to do with PR applications. please correct me if I am mistaken. Thanks

Sorry I think that there is some misunderstanding in the minds of FSW PR Applicants regarding the article/announcement published on the following official link of Canadian Government and in fact it is not an article it is ACT/LAW passed by Canadian Government:-

http://news.gc.ca/web/article-en.do?nid=985259

And the most important point about this ACT/LAW is that it is not regarding the FSW-PR-Applications and neither this law is about Express Entry PR-Applications, it is about CITIZENSHIP APPLICATIONS which is totally a different type of application after fullfilling all pre-requisite of staying and other requirements of getting Canadian Citizenship/Canadian Passport. Therefore please do not get confused Citizenship Application(regarding which this Law/Act or is speaking) with the PR(Permanent Residence) Applicatiosn which has a totally different criteria.

Regards,
George
