Hi seniors,
Day before yesterday i posted some queries but couldnt get sufficient reply, might be my case was too long. I have small queries, lvo asked me bank statement and pay slips from the recent employer, i have been working in same company sonce 2010 and from sep 2014 am in maternity leave so for which period i neet to submit bank statements and pay slips.??? I m really confused please someone guide me.

Yes, you need to submit the pay slips from since 2010. As far as your maternity leave is concerned, if it is with pay then you might be getting pay slips. However if this leave is without pay and you were allowed these leaves without pay then you may arrange the pay slips uptill the time you were receiving pay. Further you may arrange the letter from your HR on letterhead that you are still employed in the company, however you were allowed leave without pay as per company rules/discretion. This may give VO the comfort that you are not unemployed.

All you need is fresh updated experience letter from your employee that till the date you are working since 2010, also now you are on leave with or without pay.
That your pay slips of last six months should be sufficient. also CIC is interested that since if you are on leave without pay how you are manageing and does it effect on the funds you have mentioned in your application. That is why they need the statement.
SO do it as they ask you to do.

Guys I have a question my wife Is principal applicant.she is unemployed since 1 year due to my job at saudiarabia.Does this thing affect application process?

No, it won't affect the application process.

I have come across such cases where they eventually got their visa.

I got consultant email that lvo ask update PCC, I need guidance on how I can get update PCC from Karachi urgently as I m working outside Pakistan. I was in Pakistan last year I got PCC in sep-14.

My wife is pregnant. We reside in Saudi Arabia but she will give birth in Pakistan God willing. She has already done medical from Saudi Arabia with the exception of the x-ray. Is it possible for her to get her x-ray done from Pakistan along with the medical of the new baby? Thanks.
