Seems RIH is on vacation, I don't think there are noticeable updates!

I imagine RIH to be a grumpy old man, near to his retirement age.. Making slow movements while gazing over the files through this thick old glasses. Always complaining about the work burden, but hardly spending time inside the office. Often falling asleep while reading the files, and no other colleague would wake him in fear of his bad attitude.
