My spouse is a Govt. employee (doctor) and she has been promoted to next grade a week ago. After promotion she has been transferred to a different hospital. She is not the principal applicant so do I need to update VO about this change?

Thank you.

wychaudhry,

Absolutely there is no need to inform VO about this change. But if you still want to inform for your satisfaction then update Schedule A for your spouse and send it to VO through e-mail that will serve the purpose.

Dear LVO members, I have noticed LVO is not processing any MR and very slow since 2 to 3 weeks. One of member from Uk emailed them they replied your further process will start after 2-4 months. What does that mean? Does it mean LVO is busy in someother assignment and will not work on our applications till July end? I want you to share your view.

I could not understand the purpose of this post. If LVO is not working on our applications then what else they are doing? They specifically replied to your friend that his/her case will further be processed after 2-4 months so may be visa officer has picked him/her up for interview so it does not mean they got assignment other than processing our cases. And LVO is always slow as compared to other visa offices but be assured they are working on our cases slow very slow but steady.

Dear Finance Manager, welcome back.

After a long time, you have posted a message. This can't be confirmed until we received any official email from LVO or Visa Officer. But one of my friend with the same NOC as your and mine received MR and he did his medical on 14th may and now waiting for Passport Request.

But if you get authentic confirmation then must update us also.
Thanks

Hi, Your Identification number, DOB & Address were mentioned in this RPRF?

Nope.. only receipt number was mentioned along with name shown in credit card.. thts it..

I would like to ask if there are some forumites being handled by visa officer RFI. Just curious to know visa officer's activity trend if any.

Guys need a suggestion based upon your experience.

Last week visa officer has sent a mail, following are the experts form his mail:

"Please provide the following items within 30 days:
1. Police certificates from UK & South Africa for self and spouse
2. Please also complete and return the attached form and provide scanned copies of passport bio pages."

Now my concern is will it be suffice if I send the scanned (soft) copies of PCC's, updated form, passport bio pages....? or do I've to send the hard copies via courier. Kindly advice.....

Cheers!

Hello;

Send them the soft copy and ask the same question from them. I did the same and they replied "We do not require another copy".

Cheers

hi there. Who is your visa officer?

No update TODAY by LVO.

Dear All,

I have got the passports back with PR visa and COPR from LVO. It was submitted on last Wednesday. I am really surprised to get my application completed very fast. It took about 7 months. Please do not try to find any clue from my file to have a fast application process. The process is very random.

Time line goes as:

Application submitted: 22nd October , 2014
PER: 22nd January, 2015
Second line updated: 19th March, 2015
Medical, PCC, RPRF and updated background forms request: 8th April, 2015,
Medical done: 21st April
PCC and RPRF submitted:1st May, 2015
Third line updated: 3rd May,2015
PPR: 6th May, 2015
Fourth Line: 8th May, 2015
Passport in hand with Visa: 18 the May

NOC: 4011
VO: LVO
Applied from : Stockholm, Sweden.

I hope every body will be successful in his/her application whatever is the time frame. We are the most educated and privileged group in our respective country of origin. So we should have patience and should not believe that Canada PR is the ultimate success.
