Hi,
I have submitted my passport at abudhabi visa office for PR visa stamping on the 20th of April 2015. Havent heard from them since then. How long does it usually take to get the passport back?

Hello, I submitted my passports at Abu Dhabi on 20th April too and received it back on 13th May.

Hey Shakir. Thanks for your reply. Just need some more info. How did they inform you that the passports are ready for collection? Is there any way to check on the status?

Feeling depressed today as I have now hit 200 days since PER (28th Oct) with no progress from LVO. Emailed them last week and had an unsigned response saying:

'.... hopefully your application will be reviewed within 2 to 4 months.'

VO: RIH
NOC: 0111
Nationality: British

Stay strong, immigration process is not just about meeting the laid down criteria but the most important thing which defines your fate is your patience and your endurance. Please keep your spirits up, at least your application is still in queue and not rejected. Just keep yourself busy with your normal routine life and In Sha ALLAH everything will be fine.

Hi Garduuk

Man in the same boat with you 197 days since PER and counting. Did u specifically ask in CSE as to when your application will be reviewed? ..... on which u got the response from LVO that it will take 2/4 months.
I raised CSE on tue and asked them as when i can expect activity on my file. VO replied that files are reviewed in order they r received.

I just sent a polite request asking if they could give an indication of when my file would be assessed.

i think they process file with highest marks first i have seen ppl who are having more than 78 point their file has been process first. Its my personal observation

UPDATED ON 15TH MAY 2015

Based on the data available in FSWP2014 spreadsheet of this forum, I have done analysis of the VO processing speed till MR month wise on basis of total

number of applications got PER and from those who got PER, who received MR and applications of each month who got PER and still waiting MR and percentage of

those waiting for MR.Spreadsheet downloaded on 15th May 2015.
As you can notice that still several applicants whose application reached in May are still waiting for MR.
This analysis can give hope to several who still did not hear anything after PER because this is the way "immigration process moves".
India and Pakistan are chosen because most of the applicants on this forum are originally from India or from Pakistan. Those who cannot see image in their

broswer window of this forum can see the analysis from following link:-
