I have a query.
I had ordered GCMS Notes on 30th March & the same was received on 30th April. Notes generated on 30th March (same date of request)
I had got photo request on 25th Feb, which was received by LVO on 4th March. (Before GCMS notes request date)
Notes has recorded outgoing request from LVO for photo request on 25th Feb, but does not reflect incoming receipt of photo on 4th March. I have the POD from DHL which confirms the document delivery.
All my other correspondence for status update, file transfer & other details are recorded in the notes, but not photo receipt.
Is there any one else in the forum, who ordered notes after photo resubmission??
What do you suggest, should I raise a CSE and request confirmation of photo request, as I have exceeded the timelimit of 45 days from the date of request.

Yes you can raise CSE and LVO will confirm if they had received the fotos.

When I initially raised CSE, LBM informed me to contact LVO only through my consultant, as I have a named representative on the form. so I donot wish to annoy them again which may have an impact on my file.
I requested my consultant to raise CSE, but they have asked me wait for another 3/4 months.
What do you suggest, ?

My timelines are close to yours and been waiting for some update from LVO.

Hi, I have applied for GCMS notes few months ago but that time little or nothing happened to my file and was just sitting in the put away status. The only thing I could see was file was transferred to LVO office and nothing much.

I raised CSE yesterday and today got the standard reply that the is awaiting to b review by an officer.
The reply was.form immigration and medical services division .
Therr was not any signature of VO what does it mean .
When should i expect MR need experts advice plx

I believe they have stopped sharing their initials because i got a response too without any initials of the officer. Earlier VO initials were there in response to 2 inquiries of mine.

Hi LVO guys,

I have a query regarding the additional documents request from LDNIMMIGRATION email address. I received such a request in March last week and I couriered the required documents by first week of April. Since then not heard anything. My questions are:
1. Should I have replied on that email address as well to inform about the courier or just sending the documents through courier on the specified address was enough?
2. Is RFI a visa officer or its just a person doing the clerical stuff at LVO and sends emails to relevant applicants?
3. The email mentioned that "Please allow us 4 months to review the documents you send". Does this mean the additional documents will take another four months for review?

anyone please, similar experience or any other suggestion

what documents were you asked?

i got an email day before yesterday for salary account statement and some documents relating to my education. This email was from RFI too and mentioned the same thing :O Allah apna karam karain.
