Hello Guys;

I am really surprised and shocked i received (RFI) form LVO and don't know how to provide the same.
In my case i am my principle applicant living and working in Dubai but my visa is on my husband not on my company.

The requested documents in the received mail are:
1. Updated original police certificates for yourself and your spouse from Syria, Iraq and the UAE ( I have them and can be provided)

2. Your UAE No Objection Certificate ( idont have any clue what is this).

3. Your labour card from the UAE Ministry of Labour ( can be provided)

4. Employment evidence for your stated position as a computer engineer from 2005 to 2007. ( i dont have any documents to prove the same it was in Iraq and due to the bad situation there i left the company and the country without taking any documents because of that i did't claim any points for it .. now i am stuck and dont konw what to do)

Need urguent help please.

I think they normally ask for clarification and reasoning if you fail to provide a requested document. I believe if you explain this, it will work. This is just an opinion.

I think you should just honestly describe the whole situation with proper explanation and evidence, if possible. IA they will understand it. Good luck!

I received email asking me to provide update schedule A and some other forms plus P60 of all UK employments,current UK visa status and my company Organisational chart,6 month bank statement so I submitted 20/04.

URGENT,

my passport was sent to ADVO 2 weeks ago. I had a trip l was supposed to do today and l previously informed LVO about it but they did not respond. I had to cancel it because l dont have the passport.
Now l have another extremely urgent upcoming trip. I need the passport to apply for its visa ahead. What can l do? If l send another inquiry to LVO, is it against their rules or what?

Kindly advise.

U shud personally visit ADVO with necessary documents and try to meet concerned official and explain him ur situation. Hopefully they will entertain u the same day

Today case says "Medical results have been received". I look forward for passport request

I believe there is a background check now? how long does it take for LVO between MR and passport request. I see an average 45 days but also in the spreadsheet i see people got passport request in 3 days and some in 100 + days... can someone explain how we can predict.
