It has been 4 1/2 month since PER and 48 days since 2nd Line, no option but to keep the patience ::)
 
My friend got 2nd Line update yesterday. processing started on 10th April. NOC : 2133. Application reached CIC : 1st OCT and PER on 13th JAN

I sent a letter through CSE regarding my new office address on 16th April. Got the following reply today:

Dear Applicant,

Thank you for your message. This information has been noted in our system.

My spouse has lost his National Identity Card somehow and now we will go through the process of getting new one. I wanted to know that do we need to update about new National Identity Card to VO? or it's not needed as I am the primary applicant. PLEASE ADVICE

I too got a standard response from RIH to my two week old CSE that application is awaiting to be reviewed by a VO. The good thing is that RIH acknowledged the receipt of the PCC (UAE and India) sent earlier for self and spouse.
