My second line was updated a month ago, no MR so far, what could be the issue!?

I made a case specific query to LVO regarding my case 2 days ago. My timelines are

Application received: July 16, 2014
PER: Nov 11, 2014
Time elapsed since PER: 150+ days

Today i got reply from "BWJ" that my application is in queue awaiting review by officer and i will be contacted for any additional information, if required.

Any Comments. It has been too long since my PER

What appears to me is inconsistency in dealing with applications, I have a friend who has got his PER on December, his second line and MR were done in February and by now he's got his visa stamped. Seems luck plays a role here!

PER: Nov 22, 2014
Time elapsed since PER: 120+ days

I also got the same reply but my VO is different from yours....

Be patient bro IA we will get MR soon....

In my opinion LVO prioritizing applications based in NOC and 0111 is slowest

Thanks for sharing that. When did you raise CSE to update? Did you get 2nd Line update?
