Anyone who is waiting for MR from the last 4 months with a visa officer MCH? Please reply

My PER date is 2nd December and I received a standard reply from MCH " your application is in a queue waiting a review

By the Grace of Allah Rabb-ul-izzat after 57 days i received my passport(s) back yesterday morning Alhamdulillah

Thank u for those who helped me whenever i need help ..!

I just want to say a line which i learned in between the time period since we applied for Canada..!

We applied for FSW in 2006 then after waiting for 3 years in 2009 the all cases were rejected including us but we still have a strong faith on Allah so in 2011 My aunty sponsered our family For PNP and now finalllyyyyyy after 4 years we received our passport(s) with a canadian visa in 2015 ..! Alhamdulillah

WoOWwW..! i can't express my happiness when i saw a Maple leaf in my passport

Now here is the time comes to book Emirates A380 ..!

Got my second line update and then Decision made. This means rejection. On which grounds,will know after I receive the email. Sad and broken. My points were 79. I'm thinking of consulting a lawyer. Any suggestions b

When did your 2nd line got updated. They found something wrong in your background checks. Did you misrepresent anything?

My second line update is on 26 March. And noone called on my workplace. Everything was genuine.

For rejecting any case visa officer should have conclusive evidences. He/She cannot reject any case without having strong evidences. So Either they are having something solid against you otherwise it could be a technical error in ECAS. Just hold on your nerves and wait for any email from VO.

Just wait for any communication from VO If it's rejection and you don't agree with the reason of rejection then definitely go for legal action and hire an immigration lawyer. Meanwhile you can order for GCMS notes which would definitely required if you go for legal action.

I applied for uae. I got an email on 12 feb to resubmit schedule A which I did,and after that DM.

Is it necessary that DM at this stage means rejection? I hope that this is not the case. What were the initials for your visa officer when you received the email for updated schedule A?

My Application received on August 13, 2014 and I applied from Pakistan.
