Hello mate,

Seems we have the same visa officer working on our case. 3 months ago I sent all required documents to update my application to add my new born daughter, today I received an email from LVO asking me to make the payment for the new born online as they don't accept credit card payments. I followed the link however a payment option under the FSW category is not available, this made me frustrated, will it be acceptable to pay the same fee under the family class and send the receipt number to LVO? could the officer be mistaken when he/she sent me the link?. Another thing is that in the same email I've been asked to send updated Schedule A background declaration form, below is what stated in the email:

" Please also submit the following within 5 days of the date of this email. The updated forms are required to conduct mandatory background checks."
is this normal? did it happen to anyone before? should it be submitted through the case specific inquiry (online) or do I have to send it through courier? appreciate your help guys ???

I am even in the same situation have to add my spouse. I would suggest look under immigrate > express entry - additional spouse or dependents. Read all the information there. I think it is more appropriate for us.

I applied from Oman. They asked for right of permanent residence fee, medical results, updated information chart (chart is attached with email), copy of passport biopages and police clearance certificates.

Guys up till now medical is not updated on CIC website (Client Application Status) ... when they are going to update this and what is the next step ....

Thanks for the update, these are usual documents along-with medical. All the best. I had also request on 6 Feb and I submitted photos on 16 Feb. Hoping for the best from UAE.

Following an inquiry I sent on specific case inquiry service to LVO, I received in addition to the answer to my inquiry further instructions in order for the VO to continue processing my application, I've been asked to send updated Schedule A background declaration form, below is what stated in the email:

I got the Schedule A background declaration form submission email by VO BWJ,on 12 th feb. Submitted that on18th feb within the 15 days given time limit. Still waiting for MR. Don't know why this is taking soo long.

NEED ADVICE!

I have resigned from my current employment and currently serving notice period. I will be joining new company in 2 weeks time, so when should I inform LVO? Shall I inform when I officially join new company? and how should I inform thwm through CSE or email? what documents will be required? as it is very difficult for me to ask new boss to give reference letter?

one of my friend have exactly same timeline as yours Medical results will be updated soon as LVO staff is on Easter holidays, possibly it will be updated by end of next week. Next step will be PPR if they don't request additional documents from you.I believe you will be getting PPR within 2 months time as your file has been processed very fast by LVO. Have a patience & Good Luck.

Does it mean that JGJ is my visa officer?
