I afraid My precious time will be wasted because my passport is with my employer and it need time to get hold of it....Officially need to submit request letter for passport and if they approve they will give passport in couple of days..

Please advice regarding this...

Maybe you better call the hospital where you will have your meds done and explain to them your situation.

July 4 Applicant and PER received Nov 17 2014. Still waiting on MR too and no second line update either

I went with the first option and sent CSE
 
My wife had TB in 2005, took 6 months medicine, now is she is fully recovered chest X ray is cleared (I am from Karachi Pakistan)

My Questions are:
1) CIC allows 2 months to submit the MR, sputum and repeat chest X ray takes 3 months time, How can i meet deadline?????
2) Is sputum test is necessary in case of Inactive TB case?
3) Will they take X ray after month time????

Kindly advice.

I am worried, please advice

Hello friends,

After the second line have been updated, How long does it take to receive the MR? Will the MR be received through email or mail? How I will know when it is send? my second line has been updated since two weeks.

Hi all,

Does any London Visa Office applicant have any idea about the Visa Officer whose initials are 'RIH?' It seems like this guy is the slowest Visa Officer of this century as far as processing of files are concerned. Any LVO applicant with 'RIH' as their Visa Officer may shed some light on it.

Hi all,

It's my very first post here. I wonder why I was not able to locate this wonderful opportunity before I applied for FSWP in 2014. Anyhow by the Grace of Allah Almighty I've already received an email for submitting Passports of me and my family. I've a question and to get the answer I googled them and got to know about this forum.

-->> They've asked for the updated information chart although I'd submitted it about a month ago. Now they say "The Updated Information Chart in Appendix A fully completed for you and each accompanying family member." What does it imply? Do they need only 1 updated info chart or 4 (as I've 2 kids) ?

Seniors on the forum who have experienced this stage please reply. Thanks.

Hello mate,

Seems we have the same visa officer working on our case. 3 months ago I sent all required documents to update my application to add my new born daughter, today I received an email from LVO asking me to make the payment for the new born online as they don't accept credit card payments. I followed the link however a payment option under the FSW category is not available, this made me frustrated, will it be acceptable to pay the same fee under the family class and send the receipt number to LVO? could the officer be mistaken when he/she sent me the link?. Another thing is that in the same email I've been asked to send updated Schedule A background declaration form, below is what stated in the email:

" Please also submit the following within 5 days of the date of this email. The updated forms are required to conduct mandatory background checks."
is this normal? did it happen to anyone before? should it be submitted through the case specific inquiry (online) or do I have to send it through courier? appreciate your help guys ???

Just fill one form as u have receivedAppendix 1. In that there are columns for PA, Spouse, Children 1-4
So fill that and send with Passports.
