Points calculation is done at CIC level or Visa office level?

Dear First CIC calculate the points if it is more than 67 and application is complete they send PER. Then they transfer the file to Visa Office where again assigned Visa Officer calculate your points and also application completeness. Some times Visa Officer just confirm the points given by CIC. If Visa officer finds (In Background Check) that the Points are less than 67 then he can reject the application as well. Hope it gives your answer.

Please can anybody let me know which is best option for Doing MR in Saudi Arabia....

I am not situated neither in Riyadh / Dammam / Jeddah...so travellling is a must for me...

I am not considering Jeddah because they are not E-enabled.

I am considering first Riyadh and want to do at Al Warood Medical Centre but for taking appointment ( I have to book a flight for Riyadh),I cannot able to contact them because of invalid or wrong number...(+966 1 470 3355/+966 1 470 3366).

Can anybody Please give me a proper number so that I can contact Al Warood Medical center and book a confirmed appointment before boarding a flight.

My tym ln is as follows no 0013appln recd on may 7.per 12 august m r ppr 1 on Feb 17 2015 ppr on 31 march.vcm is visa officer.i got no further document request.pcc sent with appln.thanks
