Dear Brother,

I have some confusion, that LVO does not issue AOR, then how did you get AOR on 13th February. Can you make it clear. My timeline is below:

NOC :0111
Application Received: 3rd November
CC Charged : 6th January
PER Received : 29th January
No update till now...

Please reply

I noticed that LVO has recently moved offices - says it on their website and thought that this may be the reason as to why they have slowed down on sending out MR's, PPR's etc.

Are there any Nov and/or Dec 14 applicants in this forum?

Hi All,

I have no idea if its good news..

I had applied in 2010 and my application got NER from VO in 2012. It was visible upto yesterday (decision made).
Therefore, I could view two statuses, one decision made and another in process.

Today, the old status of decision is removed and I can see only my "In Process" application status.

26 September applicant, PER on 8 Jan and submitted photos on 16 February. Hoping for the best myself and everyone.

I think its good that they have touched your file.

I think its a good sign. Laura Mcleod is your VO and she will contact you soon otherwise you would receive a response like your file is still waiting to be reviewed.
Ok.
Thanks a lot for your response.

I'm staggared as to why this is taking so long. If you look at the processing times on the CIC website the LVO is down as 36 months whereas SPVO is 3 months. I'm hoping this is not the case as that mill surely mess up all our plans.

The guys that have replied - are you UK residents and have you tried to get in touch with office direct? I tried calling yesterday to find out more info but they refer you to an email address as they will not talk to you unless it is urgent!?!?

Do we have a spreadsheet for this forum in particular as gathering this information is important to track trends and also use the information as ammunition when calling them up as we have facts with us. I maybe already talking about things that have been done so forgive me for being premature in this conversation if this is the case.

It's just a shame that we have the infratructure and academia in the UK however we can't seem to make them both go hand in hand and simple things like processing applications seems to take a very long time!

Hope you all receive good news soon and I'm inspired by your patience in this matter

We can't do anything, otherwise July applicants of all others visa offices received their passports back with visas stamp.
Wait is the only option, which have to do.

Just stay put and remain hopeful. Welcome to MRWC. (Medical request waiting club)

How long does LVO take to reply to CSE?

You can contact the embassy or consulate of Canada in Oman and they will have the service to transmit/sent the passports securely and legally to Abu Dhabi and bring back after stamping the Visa. Sure there will be charges for this service.

Thankyou very much for your reply. I checked Canadian consulate in Oman. It was working around 2 years back but now it has been closed. :( If I go to Abu Dahbhi then I have to stay there for at least 25 days.

I have applied from Muscat. I know it is easy for us to go to UAE but issue is Abu Dhabi embassy is not giving passport hand to hand. They may take 2 to 3 weeks time. This is not possible for me because my company will not give leave for this much time to me and I also can't come back without Passport.

I applied from Kuwait and not from Oman. See the below link which is for the visa center in Oman. I know the GCC residents can visit UAE easily but it will take around 25 days to get back the passport from Abudhabi Embassy if you submit it personally. Can you manage to stay in UAE for this much time.

No you are right I can't manage to stay that much days in UAE. Thanks for sending me the link :) SO nice of you.....
