saspk ,

Congratulations, for getting visa stamped.

Even two-to three days are enough for ful filling landing formalities, but it's my sincere advise do not delay the landing date, try to land at the earliest.

Good Luck

84 days Since PER, still no second line update or MR.. LVO is very slow. :( :( :( :(

My VO initials are RIH. Has anyone got their file processed from him? The popular ones i have come to know from this page are VCM, LBM, BWJ, RFI.....or there is some misunderstanding at my end.

RIH responded to my email when i wrote to LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca

Please any1. Its been 5 months almost and requesting GCMS will not help as more or less it will state the same thing that my file is "yet to be reviewed''.

That's definitely not the case for me, I'm far from it. It's not the most active forum compared to others. It's really important to share your info so tha we can appreciate the estimated timelines etc

So keep posting the good and indifferent news and hopefully there is no bad news
Aug 22 applicant and Dec 8 PER, still no second line. Any idea for the delay?

RIH is my VO , I think he/she is not consuming time as my time line in the left, he/she reply my emails in a week time

It is not confirmed that RIH is a visa officer or just a assistant replying/sending emails and CSE. I have also seen some applicants of late July are receiving MR emails from RIH. So i think if he is visa officer my MR will come by the mid/late April.

Hi Members,

1- I got New Photos request from London visa office which i am sending in 2 days.

2- Also i forgot to mention my UK visa refusal (2006) in my Schedule A background form while filling my application on Oct-14. Which i decided to update now and send with new photos.

Is it Ok. and visa officer will be fine as i am mentioning it now.

Hi Qureshi,

Can you please quote the exact words of the email you received form LVO for the new photo request? My PER is dated Feb 28 and I am also expecting the same. It is better to get ready beforehand so if you could share the contents of the mail? Thanks.

Hi all,

A quick update on timescales:- I am now on 140 days since PER.

I have just received an email from RIH following an email sent last week asking for a status update on my application. He has confirmed that my application is 'currently in the queue to be reviewed' so still no idea how much longer this is going to take but at least they have it!

I have not received any contact, requests or updates prior to this.

Background:- I am a UK citizen who has never lived outside the UK applying under NOC 0111.

Dear a suggestion why dont you go for GCMS since it has been quite long? It might help.
Best of Luck!

Thx scotchn but trust me if not taking time is determined by RIH response time to your email inquiries then he / she responded me the same day on my query of status update on the application.

Exact standard response received from RIH on 4 feb

I got MR+RPRF+PPR1+InfoChart Request on 12 March. I got appointment for medical on 31 March. I can only send e-medical receipt or medical results after I have gone though medicals on 31 March. I have all other docs ready. Should I send all other docs earlier? Will it make a difference? I mean, how much time will the RPRF draft take to get encashed? I will send MR receipt in a separate courier. Anyone with experience?
