Dear friends

I was asked to resubmitt "background declaration form" which i ve resubmitted on 12thbfeb.. in the email in which they asked me to resubmit the form, following was mentioned:

"Please allow four months for us to review incoming correspondence".

Is this means tht i ve to wait for further 4 months or its justba line part of their email format??? Its already 3 months since i got PER, waiting for further 4 months seems very demotivating..

Plz share ur views.

Regards

i raised a query to LVO two days back for the status as no medical received after PER on 12 Nov 2014. Got a reply the very next day that ur file is in queue awaiting review by an officer. Mail was from BWJ. My app date being July 15th 2014.

under fswp.........you can land anywhere in Canada other than what you have mentioned in ur app.......even what is mentioned in ur copr..........yes u can land anywhere......except excep Quebec......even u can land in Quebec they will allow u to enter Canada but u have to approach nearest point of entery outside Quebec in order to complete ur landing......otherwise ur landing will not be completed.......so don't land in Quebec........else land anywhere.

I suggest to land in northern territories :P ..........temp is like -50 degrees C.........freezing winds and snowing all the time.....u will chill and enjoy :D :D :D :D

That is not significant because cases differs. some applications could take longer than others due to complications or undergoing some sort of clarifications. I am simply referring to when Sept app will start receiving MR.... it is not until all May to Aug applications are been cleared before Sept will start receiving MR or any sort of request. Once, a month has been treated (while some gets request and some are still other verification), they will proceed to the next month while waiting for those back logs report. So, can someone help me out if LVO has started dealing with Sept app (aside photo request), if yes, what date are they now? Exhausting my patience. Tanx

It is a standrad email... 4 months is the maxium time, they need to respond for the incoming correspondence. Even I received the similar email when they requested for additional documents such as salary slips, PCC. They responded within 45 days, by seeking medical examination, from the date of updated documents received by them..

Have patience... Do not worry...

As a general rule, any place towards the southern part of Canada is "relatively" warmer than the northern part. Also, coastal cities (ie near to the sea) tend to be "relatively" warmer than the inland cities.

Another thing: the houses in Canada have good insulation and with a bit of heating you wont even feel the cold outside. Also, if you can get a car for grocery shopping, then you wont be affected that much.. although de-icing, clearing the pavement, driving on the ice requires braving the cold.

Living in Colder cities in Canada is not as bad as people think..
