Alhamdulillah at last got an email reply from Riyadh Vfs, that my passport is processed and sent to Jedaah Vfs for collection.

Now anxoiusly waiting to collect passport on Monday.

You are correct
I am one of 2132 NOC and not received any communication from LVO.
I am waiting for MR and PCC request from LVO.

Application reached 12th July, 2014
per : 12 Nov,2014
MR & RPRF: 2nd Feb,2015
MR received by VO : 18th Feb, 2015
Additional docs : 16 the Feb
PPR : 26th Feb

I would recommend you to wait. You'll get a good news soon in'shaa'Allah. Don't raise a CSE.

In fact, PPR request email came to my consultant on 23/2/15 and informed me today only. Today only ECS status changed to Decision Made. [i.e. PPR came first and Decision Made status updated later]

My timeline is hereunder:
NOC : 1111
Visa office : London
Application received by CIC : 9th June, 2014
PER : 3rd Oct, 2014
Medical request:27th June, 2015'
Medcal done :31st Jan, 2015'
Medical received by CHC, London : 4th Feb, 2015
RPRF sent (DD) :11th Feb, 2015

Decision made : 26th Feb, 2015 (yesterday late night, I checked ECAS was not appearing, Today it was appearing
PPR request from CHC as per email dt : 23rd Feb, 2015
