I have two queries -

1: How much average time so far e witness for Pakistani FSW 2014 applicant for Visa issuance after PER
2: After PER can we travel abroad on international assignment and get medical and if interview requries process from or need to come pakistan for both mentioned purposes.

My sister applied and got PER on 1st Nov, She is Senior lecturer and had got baby boy in Nov, She also updated LVO last month and sent docs for baby addition in application.

The problem is that she is unable to continue job and wants to resign to take care her child.
1. So Is it fine if she resign from job??
2. Will it effect her verification Phase??
3. If she resign then CSE to LVO is enough??

Your experienced suggestion is required..

I think Resignation will be fine....no need to panic....
Just raise CSE & update the clearance/relieving letter.....
As far as the experience criteria fulfill..no matte whether she is working or not.....

Hello everyone,
I recently got PER (10 FEB) and I am wondering if my application will go to London Visa Office as expected, or if I am right in thinking that some LVO applications have been sent elsewhere, eg Warsaw.
Anyone who might be able to shed some light on this would be most appreciated.

so both my and my wife's medical results have been submitted to LVO.

how long does it take to update 3rd line?

Another questions I have is that I have sent LVO copies of my new / renewed passport, PCC and updated info chart. However, I had obtained PCC about three months ago, which is when I didn't have my new passport with me so it has old passport number mentioned in there!

Would they accept this PCC or would they ask for a new PCC with new passport number on it?

For Saudi Arabia, i think visa is stamping in Riyadh?

Yes.. One may request for visa to be stamped in their country of residence. Usually lvo will allow you.

i am resident in Qatar , and i am still waiting fr PPR, i saw the following on the website of Canadian embassy in Abu dhabi :

"Important announcement

A new Visa Application Centre (VAC) opened in Doha, Qatar, on October 22, 2014.

All temporary resident applications (visitor visa, study or work permit) may be submitted either online or through the VAC in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Kuwait or Qatar. Permanent resident travel document applications must be submitted through the VAC in the UAE, Kuwait or Qatar."

I checked the web site of this VAC office in Qatar, the passport transmission costs 500 QAR per passport !!

is it possible also to send passports to Abu Dhabi from Qatar , or i must submit it via VAC in Qatar ??

Even though it says 500 qar per passport in the vac website, what they mean is per package (which may include all your family members passports). At leas this is true for vfs in UK. They charged ~17 £ for transmitting all the passports (5) of my family in one packet. Please clarify with vfs.. You may use the chat option in their website.
Of course you can still use the aramex option if you want to I guess.

Hi Friends,

When I applied for FSWP2013 fund requirement was 13837$ for 2 people.
Now I got PR and planning to land but on CIC website it shows 14853$.

So how much i have to bring with me 13837$ or 14853$??

I have Fix deposit in India, can I show that document as landing fund. Basically I am in UK and going for short landing. So I am trying to find cheap way to show the landing fund and bring it back to UK.

Can I bring Cheque or Draft in pounds??

Up till now No news.......for all Sep Applicants........No 2nd line update......

Patel even NOC 2132 JUNE July applicants waiting for MR. noone reported MR from LVO

It took 20 days for me to get the passports back from adudhabi ...so just wait and see

thanks for the info. it was mentioned that after 10 working days to contact visa office. should i visit to abudhabi visa office to ask for my passport status ?
i contacted aramex, but they have no info.

Or does anybody know how long these things take, I am concerned as LVO seem to have a reputation for taking a long time.

there is no AOR for LVO. PER is usually recieved from 90 to 120 days.... then there is 3 to 4 months long wait for MR.
