I received PER on october 15, 2014. no contact after that. I am signing in to check ECAS status today and it says that "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided"
what does this mean? Please guide.

Happens sometimes to me. I get in fine if i refresh my browser. If it doesnt work you can delete cookies or reset your phone/computer. That and of course with all the correct details. =)

London visa office issued photo requests to so many applicants and asked to submit photos again.

what does it mean?
can anyone speculate or have information regarding this matter?

Hi, There are too many interpretations in this regard...I was also required to submit new photos and interesting thing I noticed , there is no change in specifications so I assume within some weeks we can get MR request......I might be wrong but one thing is sure, my old pics were also according to specs....

GCMS notes gives all details and updated status of your case including any remarks of visa officer etc, LVO usually does not send confirmation of receipt.....share your timeline and let me know whether you have subminted PCC with Application....

BWJ , all the cases under this officer is pending for visa lets see and hope for the best

my officer also BWJ and waiting for passport request since nov-2014.RPRF,PCC,MR all send and uppdated on ecas since nov but no passport request :-\

My Officer is different , my situation is same just applied a week earlier than you and I am waiting since October 2014.

New Photo Requests:

As far as I know, the specifications of the photograph hasn't changed since our application (ie since 2013). So why is LVO requesting for new photographs?

Some explanations:

I guess it is just a time consuming request, I meant they positively consume sometime till finishing the backlog. Just a guess!

Is there a date updated in ECAS too. date from which processing was started by VO?

My Officer is different , my situation is same just applied a week earlier than you and I am waiting since October 2014.

Does any one knows what is the delay for, i think in LVO there are few cases who are waiting that much for visa after completion of documents. its been now 3 months for some of us now.
