i have an important travel after 40 days and wondering the expected timing

My PPs were delivered at the embassy on Jan 26th. Still no sign of the return. When enquired, my program assistant replied they are in queue for processing and will be returned as soon as they are stamped with the visa.

I have received a medical request from LVO today for both me and my wife. I made an appointment for today and will have the results submitted next week. A few questions please that i need help with. Now that i got the MR:
1- Does that mean they won't require any additional documents from me?
2- Does that mean that the interview is waived?
3- Will i need to send any think to LVO? I am doing the test with a clinic that is capable of submitting the result electronically.
4- what should be the next step after this and how long will it take?

Congrats for the MR, could you please tell us if this is first correspondence since PER?

Yes your interview is waived, and if not asked any updated documents than they are not required at this stage?

Did you submit PCC along with application or they asked it before MR?

HI guys, i had raised CSE on 8th jan. but till date have not got reply, should i raise another CSE , it was about status update, where we r stuck now LVO not replying to our quires .

Mine is also BWJ. 3rd line updated 28th January 2015 but still no sign of Passport Request. RPRF also paid online and sent through courier and email on 23rd January. Police Clearance certificates were sent on 7th january

Does anyone in this forum got passport request from visa officer BWJ? if yes then after how many days of medical received???

I got RPRF within 1 week of medicals and PPR within 1 week of RPRF ( actually less than a week), same VO!

I am sure if he/she is convinced with your docs and if u dnt get any further doc request, your through, should be matter of time ,

In how many days, you received your GCMS notes from visafile.info. When did you apply?

I have applied on Jan 27 and waiting still.

Can you share your major finding in the notes for the delay?

I received it from then in 30 days..
I applied in Feb last year..
After PER id dint hear anything from LVO. So i thought why not apply for GCMS. The GCMS file didn't show any issue. I came to know that I got 70 points after the VO assessment. Also read some of the comments made by the visa officers.. Then we had our son and hence the application got delayed by ~11 months or so..

You will get the GCMS in 30-35 days..

They may still ask you for documents. They asked photographs from me after this stage.

2- Does that mean that the interview is waived?

Yes.. 99.9% we have to leave 0.1% just in case.

3- Will i need to send any think to LVO? I am doing the test with a clinic that is capable of submitting the result electronically.

Sit tight until you are prompted from the LVO to submit anything. However, if you don't hear from them for around a month, then contact them.

4- what should be the next step after this and how long will it take?

Ideally, updated information chart + passport for stamping together... These may be requested separately as well.

I got response from four persons, Dubaiexpert, Zaheer32us, Malikkhayyam and Ice-tee....waiting from all others.

it is recommended to send only those docs as requested by VO.No need to send any other extra documentation and it may cause confusion at visa office end.
