Dear,

Don't worry, my friend has just passed through same process, his wife was in Pakistan and he was working here in Saudi Arabia. LVO asked him to submit his passport to Riyadh Embassy via VFS and after his visa is stamped, he was advised in same email that once your visa is stamped, your family can submit passport in Islamabad Embassy.

So, do not worry, its practical and just been done in December...

I have just been asked to come of an interview before my FSW 2013 application could be processed further. Has anybody been to an interview lately? what kind of question should one expect? I am been asked to bring Payslips and bank statements of work I did over 10 years ago, which I can't provide. Any information and advise will be highly appreciated

Today got an email from London VO to submit the Photographs again as the initially submitted doesn't meet the requirements..they didn't ask for any other documents.

At this stage, have they checked and verified all other documents or they will wait for the photo and then proceed further with other documents?

Three other persons including me reported the same thing from LVO. I dont know why they are asking again as i already provided photographs are according to their specifications.

Is there a change in the photo specifications for the visa? We have couriered ours to Abu Dhabi embassy - am really worried now with all the posts where LVO is asking for new photos with changed specs.

Any clues friends? ??? ??? ???

My Guess: Probably the visa officer want a fresh photograph (ie which is not older than six months). In some cases people look younger than their age and this may lead the visa officer to think that the photo that you sent was not taken within six months before the application.

Congrats bro. Is this the first time you heard from them after PER? What's your ECAS status? If 2nd line then when it was updated?
