My visa is valid till 18th July 2015. I am planning to get married, should i get married before landing in Canada or I should do landing first get my PR card and get married after that? Which way is more convenient and time saving? I would appreciate if anyone can tell how long is the processing time in both cases?

Sir

Safe and easy is to land , come back , get married and take your spouse with you

Hi, Is this the first time they asked for additional documents since your PER email or they have also asked you previously for additional documents ?

In my case they also asked my job offer and contract copy with my current employer + also other documents. I think this is may be just a routine additional documents and they ask this when they need more clarity on something.

So do not worry, if you have a maintained bank statement, just send it.

i dont have maintained bank statment thats why i m afraid....they asked me first time for additional documents...after PER they just sens an email for medicals and RPRF and after 6 months of that mail this bank statment.

dear all,

I need to know the mailing address for sending my information chart, bio pages and RPRF slip. Also it was mentioned in the email from VO that I should send the required documents through email (we require the additional documents stated below by email).

Should i still send the same on the physical address or emailing will do.

Thanks.

Hi Mrs. Faisal

I don't think this would be a problem, why would someone maintain a bank statement for years and years, you can deposit the sufficient money to your account again, and mention that you invested in buying property, or any sort of investment u had done, in a case that you could have the liquid cash back whenever required.

Sorry to Ask, but is there big Gab between your Monthly salary and the required amount in the Proof of Fund ? or are the documents you present for your current employment is not strong and clear ?

I think in this situation you have to attach a cover letter explaining the expenditure and other possible reasons suitable to your situation.

You may consider to deposit a suitable amount in your account and state that since I thought I will not need the statement . I invested the money in x property or business , now I withdraw the money back to deposit it in the account to provide evidence that I possess sufficient funds.

One more note, in case if you were not employed since the PER OR MR email, you should also mention that my continue salary has not been deposited as I was unemployed.

Hope these tips will help you

Hello forum members. I got my PER email a week back (very excited!), but it does not mention the VO. In my application I had requested London VO, but shortly after my submission the Generic Application Form was changed and the current form no longer asks the applicant to pick a specific VO.

In the past (pre-December) did the PER email mention which VO your file has been sent to? Asking this question since I'm hearing that some files are being sent to various VOs to spread the work among the offices. I'm trying to understand if this affects only those who applied using the new Generic Application Form.

Im also in the old generic form format in which i choose London as my VO. but when i recieved PER it does not mention the VO anymore. Maybe they already removed the VO in every PER, for them to spread their works specially to those VO with many backlogs.

LVO usually send an email for attending personal interview to few applicants before issuing them MR.

I just got email from him. He asked me to submit RPRF and biopages but i haven't receive MR yet.
He also said he sent me letter on 30july2014 for additional information but i haven't receive that letter.
