Hi all,

A quick query: I was told by the CHC that I need to submit my passport to the VAC in London. A general question, can one bypass the VAC and send directly to the London Visa Office, thus avoiding the payment and the middle-person all together?

Thanks,

You are correct kafil.
I think we have to wait with patience and pray - that's all we can do.
Good luck to you.
Thanks

Dear Mates, its too early for you to be restless, think of applicants like ash73 who received PER on 13 Aug 2014 and no news yet from LVO. Even i received PER much earlier than both of you i.e. on 5th Sept 2014, no 2nd ECAS line update and i am also waiting patiently for MR from LVO. As they say, its a game of patience, lets pray.

Thank You RPeralta
Good luck for rest of your application process.

Hi IndianBritish,

May current ECAS is 2nd line: We started processing your application on December 18, 2014. This line was updated on December 22.

You're still not overdue if you are a July 3 applicant because I am a June 23 applicant. It means you may receive MR next week or the week after.

Good luck.

Hi,

I'm 2014 applicant and i received the MR 2 weeks ago.. i went to the Physician Panel who i found on CIC website and give them the MR forms and i did the medical tests with them.. they informed me that they submitted the results into the E-Medical system. but they didn't give me any proof or anything ...

Shall they give me some proof or printout that i did the medical ?
Do i need to send to London Visa Office anything after doing the medical ?

Thank you,

BeeNo

Hello Everyone,

we landed on sept 17 and left calgary back to the middle east on oct 6. as we all know its quite difficult at the moment to get a job in calgary because of the fall in oil price. My questions and fears:

are we at risk of loosing our resident if we dont move asap?

how long can we stay away from canada and it becomes a concern?

how often do we need to travel to canada to still be on the right track?

what circumsatnces will lead to refusal to renew the resident permit if need be?

please i need more explanations on this from everyone please.

My decision made status was updated on 19th Dec and yesterday, 12th Jan i got Passport request. I need to submit passport with two photo and some information sheet to Abu dhabi office within 30 days.

Please advice whats the fastest and safest way to submit your passport? Awaiting your response.

THANKS Once again..

All the best to everyone.

Good to know that you finally got the PPR, I am still waiting for the PPR but now considering your case it seems that I might get it within this week, my 4th line update was on 4th January.

I hope to hear soon from VCM

Hello Everyone,

Was busy for the past week so couldn't post this earlier. I received email from LVO (VO: VCM) to submit my PCCs, RPRF, Updated Info Chart, Updated Schedule As and Bio Pages of PP on Jan 06. I have submitted the same already (with just one error I think i.e. since I paid the fee using my card, on the RPFR receipt i wrote my DOB, PP No. in Client ID and Contact ID, while the primary applicant in my case is my spouse) I hope this is not an issue since all our details were already mentioned in the email subject through which the documents were sent to them.

Any idea on when I should expect further correspondence (i.e. PPR2) from LVO now?

Appreciate the feedback.

I am LVO applicant. I applied for FSW2014 while I was in UAE. Now I am in Canada on Student Visa since 9/19/2014. My timeline is as below:

File reached---6/3/2014
PER---9/26/2014
Documents request (PCC and BC of my wife)---10/10/2014
Medical and RPRF request----11/12/2014

I done my medical on 12/5/2014 and my wife & child had medical on 11/24/2014. I also paid my RPRF on 12/5/2014.

I sent all the details by email and by surface mail also.

Since that I haven't received any response from LVO. Even my ECAS is still not updated with "medical received". I want to mention here that few blood spots were observed in my urine, but I haven't received any re-medical request till today.

Can someone let me know if it is normal? Shall I have to prepare myself for re-medical? How much time LVO takes to update the medical results?

What should be the threshold when I should start worrying about my application?

Hi All member,

Anyone who has EFL as visa officer. Any one received any update from him after 3rd Dec. Please update.

Requested PPR1 on 3rd Dec and since after no update for PPR2. Any idea how much time does it take to receive PPR2 after PPR1.

Thanks
