You can apply for gcms notes .

@Ash73

What could be the reason for delay in MR from LVO in your case, Have you contacted LVO and inquired about the status of your case as yet?

Dear Seniors,

How can I apply for GCMS / CAPIS notes ??

June 26th Applicants still no MR

file received = 15 september
CC deducted = 30 November

NO PER UNTIL NOW??????

London VO is my area...

now i am worried. Is it possible that here will be no PER and VO will just send an email requesting PCC, MR and other documents needed?

I am not sure what seniors might answer. But i have also requested my GCMS notes as follows. You dont have to pay any fee to get such notes however, you will need to have somebody who is living in Canada at present, they can be in any status. you need to fill a consent form so that person can apply for you. It can be done online on this website. https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do?lang=en
Just fill the information or ask your friends or family in Canada to fill this. Also your designated person need to have some proof of ID to upload. If your wife is in the application then also needs to sign the same consent form. The consent form can be downloaded from this link. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/form-imm5744.asp
you will be given a tracking numbers once you have submitted the form. In 30-31 days your designated person will receive the GCMS notes if everything was in order. he/she may forward that to you.
I understand there are several private companies who can apply on behalf of you paying few quid, you can do so if you dont have anyone in Canada.

quick question

I haven't received my Medical instructions yet, however, I was wandering whether I can do it out of my home country from where I have applied? I will be out of country for a couple of weeks, and wanted to make sure that I can do the Medical tests in case instructions are received while I'm abroad.

appreciate the usual insightful responses from the forum's valued members :)

thanks for the reply .for condition 4. do the Vo enquire from my bank about the funds and they dont find any fund in my bank .does it can be a problem. i mean for fixed deposit bank took the money from us and give us the certificate of deposit .

Ideally you should have the money in the bank. However, if the visa officer is satisfied with he bank statement, he may not check with the bank. You may get away with it.

My advise is to acquire the money you need for moving to Canada and put it in an account.

WAit for 20 or 30 days more as it will be 4 months after that. May be they will reply you with in this period. Don't worry just pray or apply caips notes. It's been 2 months since I gave medicals. Still no reply, I assumed they will reply soon as it's already been 3 years since I applied. But they clearly mentioned in their email they it takes 4 months for them to respond after medicals and other documents after thy rcv them.

Regards.

Dear fazal_81!

Thank you for your kind response. I am already waiting & praying to Almighty Allah for the best, lets wait more 19 days to make it 4 month. Good luck for your process as well..
