Here's one for the experts... Abu Dhabi embassy have had my passports since November 3rd.. we are now Dec 9th!!
After the first 4 weeks passed i followed up with an CSE as per the guidlines and even sent an email to my visa officer... still no reply. I've been looking around this forum and couldn't find any similar cases with this much delay!

Now the question is, aside from the need to be patient, is what do i do if this delay goes for another week or so? there are no more ways for me to follow up on my passports. My emails are not being responded to and there's no one to call and raise the urgency of it to. This part is really messed up. Any advice?

anyone else in the same boat ? Still no passports till today 43 days and counting

When they asked you to provide documents, they would have also provide an address. If that address is Grosvenor Square, then you should send it over there. I am sure embassy will have some sort of arrangement in place such as document redirection and / or a document collection office. Especially because they deal with very sensitive documents they cannot simply move to a different address without any transitional arrangements!

Thank you very much for your reply. Yes they asked me to send all documents toMacdonald House
38 Grosvenor Square.Yes you are right I will do that you suggested me.Thanks again

Dear forum members

I have recived the following for London visa office

Updated forms which are available on our website:

New Schedule A/Background Declaration form for yourself since the age of 18. This form must be fully complete. Each month must be accounted for and listed. Does that mean i need to declare everything from the age of 18 ? or is the standard text for everyone and i need to follow the form guide lines?

-Payment of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee
is it ok to pay online or do i need to pay be bank draft only ...if by bank draft then should make the cheque under "Reciver geneal of canada" in canadian dollars ?

congrats dear.

Hello All,

I am pleased to inform you that I have received my MR. I am a May 08, 2014 applicant under NOC 1112 LVO. PER dated August 14, 2014.

Just one anomaly - I have noticed on this forum that the people who receive their MR also receive request for PCC and RPRF - whereas I have just received the MR. Any comments.

Regards,
Uzair

Hi all

I have been asked to submit new schedule a/background declaration form along with RPRF and Medical results but I have not been asked to provide the PCC.

I just wanted to ask that if by asking for this new schedule a/background declaration form they have indirectly asked me for the PCC?

Kind regards

Every case is unique. It is quite normal to get 'send updated data' along with pay RPRF.
Do not assume anything about PCC. If they need something, they will specify. Nothing 'indirect'.

Dear All,

I need your support on one issue. I have mentioned below my details for processing along with dates. My Case is in Landon Visa Office.

Application Received by CIC 22/05/2014
Payment deducted by CIC on 08/09/2014
PER Received by CIC on 11/09/2014
Application Started Processing on 26/09/2014
Received Medical Exam Instructions sent by VO on 30/09/2014
Request for RFPR Fees by VO on 30/09/2014

After getting medical exam instructions from VO I inform about the pregnancy of my wife. They replied that we can send the medical exams along with baby documents. Visa officer asked me to re-fill the New Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form for the principal applicant. Now my question is do I need to fill IMM008 Generic Application form only or I have to also fill IMM008 Schedule 3 and IMM008 Dependent form.

Please help me on this issue.

You progressed very quickly in LVO. May I know your NOC category?

Alhumdullilah yesterday I received the visa from Abu Dhabi embassy. My time line is:

Medical Request Oct 20' 2014
Medical Submitted Oct 22' 2014
PPR1 (form) Request Nov 3' 2014
PPR2 Request Nov 17' 2014
Passport Submitted in Abu Dhabi Nov 19' 2014
Visa received Dec 15' 2014.

When I submitted my passport I was informed that passports will be received within 10 working days plus 3 days for courier. I went to embassy physically on Dec 15' 2014 & inquired about the status of passports as 22 days had passed without any information. They asked me to come back after three hours and gave the passports with visa.

I also got the request to fill Schedule A from age 18 on wards from LVO. This has to be filled for all family members above 18. Yes you need to declare every thing from age 18 on wards like study, work, travel etc.

I paid RPRF online and sent the receipt to LVO as attachment in email.
