Dear all,
I have applied for FSW program in May this year and so far i have only received the AOR and only the first line is updated in my application. I am getting married this month and i wanted to understand the process i should follow to add my wife to my application. Can someone share with me the process and the required documents?

I am sure this questions might have been asked before, but could not find it in the forum.

Appreciate the help.

Moe

As everyone knows that High commission is moving from

MacDonald House on Grosvenor Square to the following address

Canada House,
Trafalgar Square,
London
SW1Y 5BJ

I am bit confused about the address of London Visa office. Recently,LVO asked me to provide some additional documents so

my question is that where should I send these documents, either MacDonald House on Grosvenor Square or Canada House,

Trafalgar Square?????

It is worth mentioning here that the email I received from LVO has same signature of there current address(MacDonald House on Grosvenor Square).

So what do you guys suggest to me?

Thanks

Hi

You are not the only one they are holding passports for longer periods. This unusual practise started in August 2014, this could be for a variety of reasons particularly LVO had issued MR and PPR in great numbers and cleared cases in ultra high speed which has resulted in visa-stamping delays. Its been 50 days for me still no sign of passport and if you search the thread you will find people who had to wait for like 85 days. Anyway this is my opinion, there is only 1 strange case in which passport has been submitted and after 60 days while answering to applicant enquiry VO informs that your file is currently awaiting BG checks we will proceed once received. I thought they issue MR only after BG checks are cleared, hence LVO like is said here is unpredictable!!

And yes I have also send 3 enquiries to LVO and they have not responded to any of them.

The only hope I have is I'm NOT the only one stuck at this last stage there are quite a lot of us, therefore I would like to welcome you to the waiting club :D

What does your ECAS show? if it shows 'DM' then you will receive your pp very soon because this means that your visa has been issued and is awaiting delivery ;)

Kindest Regard

Hi wasp... any news on your pp? 42 days and counting here...

Dear All,

I need your support on one issue. I have mentioned below my details for processing along with dates. My Case is in Landon Visa Office.

Application Received by CIC 22/05/2014
Payment deducted by CIC on 08/09/2014
PER Received by CIC on 11/09/2014
Application Started Processing on 26/09/2014
Received Medical Exam Instructions sent by VO on 30/09/2014
Request for RFPR Fees by VO on 30/09/2014

After getting medical exam instructions from VO I inform about the pregnancy of my wife. They replied that we can send the medical exams along with baby documents. Visa officer asked me to re-fill the New Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form for the principal applicant. Now my question is do I need to fill IMM008 Generic Application form only or I have to also fill IMM008 Schedule 3 and IMM008 Dependent form.

Please help me on this issue.

Interesting... maybe we should start a thread for us lot awaiting passports from AUH! I can understand when you say it's kind of a relief in a way to know you're not alone..

My E-CAS status changed to decision made as soon as i got my PPR email from my visa officer.

Your explanation on LVO clearing up backlogs in lightning speed kind of makes sense causing this delay with the stamps.. i also didn't know that stickers are sent to AUH from LDN.

Thanks for that.. and best of luck to you and everyone else waiting...

P.S: I really think we should create that thread!

Please...Let us know about that thread...
