Can someone clarify this for me? My friend told me that the Consulate will only ask for the passport if a visa stamp is needed for entering Canada. Otherwise, they will issue the visa sticker at the arrival point when we go through the landing process. (All passports that I hold do not require a visa stamp to enter Canada as tourist.)

I yet have to hear back from the London Consulate after Decision Made showed up over the weekend.

There is no requirement for Visa for nationals of visa exempt countries , in this case only COPR are issued. For rest Visa is pasted / stamped along with COPR

for Pakistani applicants the visa is being issued from Islamabad or abu dhabi? I heard many paki applicants have sent passports to abu dhabi to get visa stamped?

Dear Mate

it depends upon your physical location.
If based in Pakistan , then Islamabad , if in UAE then Abu Dhabi

I got my eCAS updated as Decision Made with the following line added

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

I also received an email from RIH (with PPR2 instructions in attachment as 6-pages PDF) a couple of days back with the following line:

Your visas have been issued, please find attached the email

I've submitted my passports + photos via TCS at the following address:

VPU Processing (LDN)
Immigration Section
Canadian High Commission
Sector G-5, Diplomatic Enclave
Islamabad, Pakistan

Letter also warn that one should expect to be without passports for 4 weeks. CIC also advice applicants to contact IOM's Cultural Orientation Abroad (COA) via their Email

I Rx below email from LVO.they ask for sch A form but should I send it by email or courier as per below email.
First para States sent it by email and following para indicates send by courier.
Any suggestions pls

New Schedule A/Background Declaration form for yourself since the age of 18. This form must be fully complete. Each month must be accounted for and listed. (You submitted a form with missing information – this document can be scanned to expedite this process)

Please forward all requested documents together to the address below within 15 days from the date of this email. If we do not hear from you within that period, your application will be assessed on the basis of the information on file and your application may be refused. Please allow four months for us to review incoming correspondence. All documents submitted in support of your application are subject to verification with the issuing authority. Please do not contact us unless there are significant issues which need to be brought to our attention. Please quote your file number on all correspondence, including the envelope. Your file number is included in the subject field of this email.

Clinic send the result today to LVO....
They said all the results were normal... Thanks be to GOD!!!

I will just wait for PPR2 ....

I paid my RPRF just now and I would like to send the receipt to the vo. Any suggestions on this? Do I have to include any additional documents apart from the receipt?

Attach pdf of payment receipt , and forward this to LVO through email , do write details of payment in body of email , and request confirmation of receipt of this payment , they will revert back with confirmation

If they have required additional documents , attach copy of this email with them

Does this mean that I may not be getting a request to send in my passport for visa sticker? Only the COPR will come in letter post? What address does the visa office posting the document and how (via courier or regular 1st class post)? Thanks.

If anyone hasn't got the above form from the CHC while receiving their PRVs+COPR, and have kid/s under 16, plz email me on
muhammad.saeed.cvf@gmail.com , I will send them.

U'd need this form to be filled, signed & stamped by your doctor, from your homeland, before departure for landing. It's required for the kid's School Admission in Canada.

And that's a strictly enforced regulation in Canada.

Bro i received PER on 26 Aug medical and PCC and updated background form request from LVO on 10 Oct
Done with medical on 22 Oct and emailed all the docs as request in email on 24 Oct and physical copies reached to LVO on 29 Oct and still waiting.

I can only say to wait with patience and leave the rest on Allah
