Please advise, what is pending review by an officer mean ?

As you had been asked for additional documents in july ,so may be thay have completed background checks and now file is pending review by officer to ask further for MR.

Hi all! My husband has sponsored me based on spouse visa, our case was filed in Dec, 2013 and file was transferred to London in the month of Jan, 2014 and that was the last feedback we have received from Canadian immigration office. My medical assessment was conducted on Nov 7, 2013. Can anybody tell me about how long it is gonna take further for approval please.,???
