I tried to send it but all the time i got the response that delivery failed permanently.

Sir

Try sending this again.
Online payments are made through login that we create using our email and password.
CIC gets information from which email ID payment has been made.
Mail them copy of receipt that you have got from CIC through email , its enough and self explanatory

Stay Blessed

If emailing is not working then I would send the attachment via Case Specific Enquiry mentioning the attachment. It is also acceptable by visa offices to send documents via this link. this is the link-
https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=london

However, try sending email reducing the size of attachment to less than 3.5MB. make sure you type the correct email address, its advisable to copy and paste from website.
http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/united_kingdom-royaume_uni/index.aspx?lang=eng

Thanks for the advice. I sent through case specific enquiry. Hope it works.

Hello Everyone
it has been 53 months since the start of my journey on May 2010,and 30 months from processing date April 2012,Medicals were done on May 2013 and extended till may 2015.
Latest email from London VO was on May 2014 extending our medicals till May 2015 and mentioning that I will hear from them shortly and no need to do Short Landing.
I waited 3 month since they said Shortly and then emailed on Aug 2014 but no response,
late Aug I emailed the Minister of Immigration and He responded on September 4 confirming that they contacted London visa office and our records confirm that your application is nearing completion and rest assured that u will be conyacted with regar to the final stage of processing.

I cannot understand the delays ,Medical are great and they extended it for me anf family for another year,My NOC is still in Demand and as per their website they recieved only 260 of 1000 cap this year. funds ready passports ready and I told them in every and each email that I am ready to travel as soon as they stamp the visas.
I know I have been repeating myself over and over ,however consider my pain of waiting more than 4 years .Even my kids do not trust anyword about Canada anymore.

Finally my prayers to all applicants especially the unfotunate 2010 applicants.

hi guys,
I have question regarding RPRF fees. I was asked to pay RPRF fees. I paid online and printed the receipt. In the receipt i have to fill out the information and send it to citizenship and immigration cananda. Does it mean that i have to send by mail not email??

No you don't need to fill the information.. Your name is already there.
Just print it as PDF file and send it by email to LVO. They will update the payment info in their system.
If you scan it, make sure that the receipt number (starting with R) is very clear.

Best wishes.

Hi hopeforfuture,
I can understand how you are going through. I liked one sentence specially "Even my kids do not trust any word about Canada anymore." That is very true. I am not in that capacity to say the status of visa offices but i can definitely tell its the carelessness from either Government or Embassy (for not managing the resources). My wife doesn't want to move Canada as we are too waiting since 2011. Every step we had a problem and it continues until today. Lately my file was transferred to wrong visa office, they have rejected to transfer my file. I am not sure how that will work. I however say be calm and patience. Although waiting kills but we dont have choice than waiting. These are Canadians; they think they are superior in the world for immigration but thats not true.
May you hear your result soon. Good luck.
