Dear friends please i once again need ur help in finding an initial short term rental place to stay after landing. As i have no friends or relatives there i need all the help you can give specially those who are already in canada. I already sent anemail to SAFE HOME STAY as many forum friends used them soon after landing but no answer from them untill now. Will try to contact them on phone.
So any help from will b really appreciated.

Alhamdulillah, I got my PP and COPR today.

Hi FSW2014 guys....

I can see the spread sheet of 2014, that 14th May and 15th May applicants got MR from LVO.

Do you think LVO has gained momentum or there is a strange way of working style they have.

If I look at the spread sheets, majority of LVO guys who got MR in 14,15 May are either working in Middle east or abroad...

I am 28th May applicant.. when do I hope a news from them?

Hi guys

I applied under 1112 and received PER couple of days back.

I never really checked what happens after you get the PER and I am trying to figure this out now. I do not know the order of the process so can yo please put this in order and answer the following please:

Once PER is received -> request from LVO for any additional docs -> interview (may or may not) -> Medical request -> ?

Also do the ask to provide evidence for settlement funds. Are you aware of any such cases.

Finally, I have read here that LVO is slow in processing the applications so might not hear for another year?

Regarding Medical need expert advices: If a person is suffering from Diabetese (not on insulin only using medicines) then will this afftect his Medical result and CIC will take any negative decision due to this? Secondly during Medical if that person diabetic is controlled should he still inform the doctor about this issue? Please reply as my friend is going to appear in medical and he is suffering from it and he plans to hide it from doctor....

Also do the ask to provide evidence for settlement funds. Are you aware of any such cases. If the visa officer is satisfied with the proof of
funds, he will not ask, otherwise he may ask to submit funds statements again. Make sure to send bank statement for 6 months for all
accounts and photocopies of fixed deposits or other types of investments and account balance certified by the bank.

Finally, I have read here that LVO is slow in processing the applications so might not hear for another year? For 2013 fsw on an average it has taken 12 to 18 months for complete processing.
