UPDATE:

Alhamdullah,

Just received the passports with the COPRs.
Aramex delivered to my apartments this morning and and my wife made it as surprise.

Thanks to everyone who helped and shared info in this great community.

Special thanks to my brothers and sisters Saeed, MM, Abu Hassan, Maria, Lamia and my very special friend nKarla how disappeared from the forum and to everyone whom I would unintentionally missed.

Guys, I used manual passport for my daughter so far no issue, I submited her addition to my case on 17th August, and got medical request on 2nd September, now 3rd line has appeard..

Thanks for sharing. I also applied with my son's manual passport. We also done medicals and today I received Passport Request. But in the passport requirements it says the following
" The given name (first name) of the passport-holder must be clearly printed on the Given Name line of the bio-data page of each passport. The surname (last name) of the passport-holder must be clearly printed on the Surname line of the bio-data page of each passport. They should match your Updated Information Chart."
Would like to have your input.
