Guys Please advice!

At the time of Visa application dated May 10, 2013, I was unable to provide my current experience letter as I joined new organisation a month ago.So at that time, I just sent "Offer letter" with my application.Now I can provide my current experience letter from HR and Manager (Job Duties).

A week ago I came to know that Background check is outstanding for my application replied by MCH.

Should i send to LVO now?
Can i send it through email?

have u ordered gcms anytime? if u have been allotted sufficient points already trust me it is not required. still if MCH says that background check is pending, you may submit it for your peace of mind or if u think ur points r at border...

you may email a scan copy..most probably i still feel ur file must be passing security checks at the moment...

Can_immi,

Your eligibility locked date in May 10th and your current job was only 1 month old at that time. It is not going to add any point into your application even you send reference/experience letter now. I don't see any requirement to send an extra document to bother your visa officer when it is not required.

Hello meeting manangement committe ,
As two or more interested meeting aspirants families are not in UAE now a days. So i would suggest choose a place on weekends where singles and without families aspirants could also join easily.As on weekends few open or indoor places are reserved for famililes in UAE.

Since you have already applied for new passport therefore your current passport is considered expired on the date when new passport will be issued (the start date on the passport not the date when you actually recieve it). Don't send your current passport for PR visa stamping; you should wait for your new passport to get PR visa stamped. If you gets PPR and your don't recieve your new passport, you can ask for extension from visa officer to submit your passport.

In Pakistan , if any ones applies for a renewal of passport , his passport is cancelled both physically and in system.
When you will get PPR-1 / PPR drop email to your visa office , that you have applied for renewal of passport , and will intimate them as soon as you get that.

Masha'a Allah! I've been away from the forum for almost 10 days and there were tons of positive updates!
Congrats to ThornHill, shoaibac, goalcanada, Mirzamybaig, amir82, Mish, sharedknowledge, outstandingguy, Masshunter, sherry34, soundless, canadian2013 and special congrats to Maria for receiving Visas! My apologies to anyone I could have missed.

Now it comes to my update: By the grace of Allah, yesterday I've collected the long awaited Visas and CPRs from My consultant yesterday!. Here I would like to thank all of forum mates for mutual support, guidance and solidarity during the hard times.
For all who are still waiting especially Rawdah, I would advise to keep waiting with faith, your time will come in due course, it's hard though, I admit.
My story with Canadian immigration goes back to March 2008 when I was fooled by a newspaper Ad by a "fraudster immigration consultancy agency" in Abu Dhabi who were the greediest and the worst I've ever seen in my life. They have charged me $3000 without doing anything, I still don't know how did they send my application without my signature! The result that my application was rejected and they didn't even bother to check or to inform me although after receiving the refund check! That was in 2010 if i wasn't mistaken, after that in late 2011 I met in one job by accident a person who happened to be a Canadian PR and he was the person who referred me to my current consultant who was really an honest and reputable person and thanks God after more than 3 years of struggling we got Visas in hand. My advice is: Never lose hope, your time will definitely come! below my timeline:
July-August 2011, signed a contract with my consultant and started documents preparation.
March, 2012, application submitted and PER received
March, 2013, Processing started and updated schedule A was requested.
Jan, 2014, VO replied in response to CSE that my application is under background checks and it might takes months to complete.
May, 2014, updated schedule A, fresh UAE PCCs and military service form were requested.
June, 2014, MR received!
July, 2014, MR done
July, 2014 PPR1 requested after 3 days of medicals uploaded.
August, 2014, E-cas updated with DM, PPR2 request, Visas issued.

I would like to wish everyone a prosperous and successful life ahead in Canada and may Allah bless us all!
