Dear All,

I need you help regarding the filling of Payment Form,
it looks very easy, but as you know , now a days CIC is rejecting application due to "." (dot) mistakes so!!!!
please guide me, i am paying the fee through DD,
so in SECTION A -

Principal Applicant, ......My name,

name of payer?.........here should i put (N/A) because i am paying OR i should write here name of the Bank which issued the DD? i am confused , honestly, due to obsession, so please guide me!!!!!!

Address of Payer..........again..? should i write N/A, because Principal Applicant is paying OR i should write Bank's address?


please don't say it is simple form, i know it is simple, but...................obsession!

OH YEH 1 MORE THING,

i Read in the main thread that one applicant got his application Rejected because the Payment form was not signed..... so i think we ONLY need to sign if we are paying through CC,
but i am paying through DD so i think there is no option to sign for DD payments.........am i right? or should i sign somewhere.....?

[/color] on the form, it says "name of payer if different from principal applicant". So u may leave it blank since u are both payer and principal applicant.

On the back of your draft, write your name, file number (if u have one) and your address. On the payment form, there is nowhere to sign if paying with draft. Those paying with credit/debit card have to fill section B and must sign that portion.

HI Guys,

We were asked for Medical and RPRF and UK police clearance on June 5 which we submitted and they updated the status of medical received on 29 June.

I inquired them 2 weeks ago and they confirmed that they have received every thing and the medicals are expiring next year. Also, they are doing routine background checks and will contact once they are complete and cannot say any thing when the checks will be completed.

Did any one else got the same reply.

How long does it usually take to get passport request from medicals?

Any suggestions? Should we request case file??
