need some advice on re-ordering GCMS notes. Earlier in Feb, 2014 I ordered my GCMS notes and now again i am going to order GCMS, the forms which i used earlier are saved.

Can i use the same forms for re-ordering GCMS notes?

i am also thinking for same... will you please tell me the procedure for ordering GCMS notes..

congrats really happy that LBM completed ur case so rapidly.i recieved additionald doc request on the same date as u and mahyn but I submitted my doc 12 days after u, really impressed to the speed of ur process I am still waiting for medical. Was LBM remained ur vo till the finalization of ur case.best of luck for ur future life in canada.

Thank you aami786pk. Yes LBM was there, very efficient. You took long to submit the docs, otherwise you would have received the MR/RPRF.
But hopefully everything will be done in a month, so best of luck.
