Dear Mates,

Need an expert advice on following matter.

We appeared in medical today as instructed by LVO. My wife is 4 months pregnant and expected delivery date is Dec, 2014. During medical examination, doctor refused to conduct X-Ray as it is not recommended and safe during pregnancy. Medical unit also informed that they cannot submit medical report without x-ray report.

Can any one advice what will be the further scenario and how should i proceed ?

Drop email to your Visa Office / Officer , explaining him situation , and medical appearance at medical center.
You will have to wait till your baby is delivered.
After delivery , you will inform VO , and they will send medical instructions fro your Wife and new comer

I wanted to give chance the consultants since they said they e-mailed them. If i don't hear anything until Thursday, then I will e-mail them directly ...
Was wondering if anyone else didn't receive the forms in a day or two after the MR e-mail.

You have your UCI Number , contact panel doctor with copy of email , they have solution for this

Hello forumites,

Can the medical examiner refuse a pregnant woman an x-ray even if she wants to go ahead and have it done?

I thought the decision is for the applicant to make and not the examiner.

Please advise.

No doctor will go for x-ray for a pregnant women , even if pregnancy is one week old. This is due to the safety of new comer
WHO prohibits this
