I thing any one is acceptable but the correct one is :

"The Receiver General for Canada"

I'm on the view that a refusal letter can be received after addition of 2nd line.

In my case, the VO's reply to my inquiry confirms that a rejection letter will be sent to me shortly. Otherwise, he could have phrased his email in more positive way.

Personally, I think my ecase will change to DM anytime soon without MR. Then a rejection letter will follow shortly.

I hope I'm wrong, but things aren't looking good for my case. I'm a May 2013 applicant, and so far no comforting progress is witnessed..

Simply call 051-111-466-472, within 1 minute they will pick up the phone and ask for your name, passport no, mobile no and same for your spouse and you are done.

On Medical day take the following along :
-Take Original passports
-Photocopis of passports page 1 & 2.
-You need to bring 4 passport size photos (light background)
-Print out of MR forms (sent to you by VO)
-Fee in cash (approx 6720/person)
-Any Medical history record

Paying via credit card is easy and recommended. your application will be updated within 12 hours of payment. With this i believe all ambiguity regarding online payment for RPRF has been put to rest. :)

For medical related to pregnancy, kindly check my reply to Who1074 on page 720.

To add your healthy & beautiful new born, you will have to send following to LVO after his/her birth:

1. Updated Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM0008)
2. Updated Additional Family Information Forms (IMM5406) for yourself and for your wife
3. Copy of Passport of new born
4. Copy of Birth Certificate of new born
5. 6 photos of new born
6. Bank Draft of CAD 150 fee for new born

What they want to see in Medical? I believe "Contagious diseases" or "diseases that can cost a lot of money" for treatment...

Your file is currently undergoing security checks and we are unable to advise you on how long the process will take

I am just wondering why they requested the Medicals in Januray and then RPRF in May? ....they should have done the security checks first and then should have asked for the MR...as this time is just being wasted from the visa duration and God knows how long these security checks will take... :-\ :-X >:( >:( >:( >:(

I am totally not able to understand whats going on as CSE reply is getting different every time!!!!!Below are CSE replies.........

March: "Security Checks are in Process"
April: "File Waiting for Review"
June: "Security Checks are in Process"

Pay your RPRF here
https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en

Just follow the instructions. If you need help, inbox me. Its very simple. Make sure you fill up the form generated at the end and send it to your VISA OFFICER.
