2nd line added in my application. saying

"We have started procession your application on June 18 2014"

Is it a good news? I can not be happy. But my wife is jumping in joy.

I called VFS London again and they confirmed that services takes 10 working days.
but in the PPR letter says:
You should expect to be without your passport(s) for six weeks, so do not arrange any travel that will require your
passport(s) during this period.
Just to clarify, I am now a UK resident.

Have you any idea which one is more accurate? Seems like 6 weeks but I assumed that's because the template of the letter is for applicants outside of the UK.

When I made the payment the VFS said it could take 10-14 days; my letter also says 6 weeks. Today is my 10th day and nothing yet; I know Loncan received his/hers within 12th days so we still have to wait.

Dear Mates:

Just to update. Alhamdolillah, i have been advised by LVO to proceed for medicals of myself and family. Along with that, they have also advised to pay Right of Permanent Residence Fees in form of Bank Draft. Alhamdolillah once again.

CONGRATS MAC!!!

Guys,

I have a quick query regarding original passport submission at PPR2 stage, how many days normally we get from LVO to submit the original PP?
I got 30 days at PPR1 stage.

By the way, congrats to all those who got an update from LVO.
Keep on moving LVO and spread LOV and happiness :D

Mashallh ur medical request was so tuned to the addition of second line.

I wish my case moves a bit faster, I'm stuck with second line for 5 weeks now. Don't know what's the process here

I think template is same for all, to me they told it normally takes 10 working days but depending upon 'High Commission '.
