at times one makes mistakes or doesn't furnish sufficient information on the form while filling them atimes. While I have asked my spouse to go through the forms again I'm only thinking its very peculiar with CDD to always asked for updated documents though I know some other VO might ask too...so my initial question centres around what might be going on at the vo is it that we all make common mistakes in the form hence they require it or its needed to complete some form of checks such as background or security after issuing MR or just for record keeping purpose if you get what I mean.. Thanks for your response...cheers

We are family of 3, and i sent 3 passports to VFS london but the lady only charge 16.30 GBP from my account. Is it correct amount or she have to multiply with 3.

This is in response to my query I made to VAC regarding the service.

"Please be aware that you should use the Passport transmission service at the Visa Application Centre in London charged by 16,30 GBP. If you have received one request letter from CIC for all the applicants, you should pay the transmission charge only one time."

So it is fine, Sweet lady was fast with handling emails. ;)

yup it seems correct payment :D :D i am still waiting for her confirmation email, lets see how fast she is :D

She responded "You must have received the tracking number from our automated response system, any how this is the tracking number".

Don't believe this sweet lady she's not trustworthy.
 
All you need to know while sending your PP to VFS, UK.


Please be aware that you should use the Passport transmission service at the Visa Application Centre in London charged by 16,30 GBP. If you have received one request letter from CIC for all the applicants, you should pay the transmission charge only one time.

In order to finalize the visa issuance you should send in your original passport, required documents, the CIC request letter and a note stating your contact phone number and email. You will be issued a tracking number to track the status of your passport online.
