He / She should be program assistant. I have not seen Visa Officer sending direct emails. MCH, DXS, SXB, TAB, JMR, LBM all are assistants under different Visa Officers which carry out all the communication between Visa Officer & applicant.

VCM is most probably working under these assistants and carry out all general requests / emails.

Any idea about RJT I got reply once from RJT.

I was just looking at my GCMS notes (again), and applicants who got email from SXB (Stephen X B......[Where X means he may not have middle name] and I am not mentioning full name) for the medicals, actually, our paper files are assigned to him by our Visa officer. Either he is assistant under original Visa Officer of he's another Visa Officer (I am betting on he's assistant). My file was assigned to him on March 25th and got medicals on April 2.

No idea what happened since then in the notes :

I got email from "Do Not Reply - Ne Pas Repondre <Client-update-mise-a-jour@cic.gc.ca>" for Medicals while RPRF email had 'RJT' initials....dunno whether he/she is VO or his/her assistant..
